Check out this pretty cake!
This could be a wedding card, anniversary card, birthday card, retirement card....
you name it- as many occasions would work.
I used the 'Prettiest Birthday' stamp set & combined
the words from the 'Here's A Card' stamp set with it!
This is one of the cards that everyone joining me for my upcoming
stamp-a-stack (40 card) classes will be making!
This pretty DSP is from the Peony Garden DSP pack.
Look at all of the different options that could be used on this card!
As you always want to flip your DSP over & see what is on the other side!
As sometime it is a very hard decision to decide which side you like the best!
Here are the supplies & measurements.
stamp sets: 'Prettiest Birthday' & 'Here's A Card'
card stock:
- Petal Pink- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2"- fold in half for card base
- Smoky Slate- 4 x 5 1/4"
- Basic White- 3/4 x 5"- stamp words onto & adhere to bottom of Smoky Slate layer
- Petal Pink- 1 x 5"- adhere above the words
- Smoky- Slate- 1/2 x 4"
- Smoky Slate- 2 1/2 x 2 1/2"
- Basic White-2 1/2" strip- die cut stitched square & stamp cake onto
- Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
designer paper: Peony Garden DSP- 2 x 5"- adhere to the top part of the Smoky Slate layer
ink: Smoky Slate
other: Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Stitched Shapes Dies (Square)- RETIRING!; Champagne Rhinestones; Dimensionals; Wink of Stella
