Tags in Bloom

Wow- look at this card!!!  Everyone at my All Occasions card classes got to make this card. 

For this card I used the cool 'Tags in Bloom' Sale-a-bration stamp set!  You can get this stamp set for free with a $100 product order.  I also used the coordinating Label Me Lovely Punch on this card too!  

The COOL thing about this 'Tags in Bloom' stamp set is that it not only coordinates with the Label Me Lovely Punch, but it also coordinates with the Label Me Fancy Punch.  You can check out both of these punches on page 41 in the Mini Catalog.

This is totally a 'Susie' card.  I love combining the Night of Navy & Pineapple Punch here, along with the denim ribbon!

If you look closely at the background of this card, you can see that I shadow stamped some little flowers for the stamp set there too!

How did I make him?

• Bunny- I used the Snowman Builder Punch, I took my Paper Snips & cut off the top circle (ball) of the snowman.
• Ears-The large Daisy Punch, using 2 petals.
• Carrot- The stick hands on the the Snowman Builder Punch for the carrot top & a small heart from the Dog Builder Punch cut in half for the carrot. 
• Tail- Assorted pompom

Wow- simple, clean & elegant?  Can they really all represent this card?  I think so........I love it!

I so struggled when creating this card, as I usually don't layer the same color on top of each other.  But I really like it!  And I thought that this punch went really well too, when adding these words!

I used the Flowering Foils DSP for the center.  This is a FREE Sale-a-bration choice that you can get with a $50.00 order now, until 3/31 or until it sells out!  These daisies are pretty!  They are silver & copper both!  They are just stunning in person!

I layered the DSP with my new favorite die right now!  It is the stitched scalloped rectangle.  This die comes in the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  NOTE:  This dies are still available to order at this time, but they are on back order & are showing that they will arrive at the SU! warehouse around 4/13/20. 

I used the cool, Scripty 3D Embossing Folder as the background of the card!  In person, it just adds so much more to the finished look!

'Perennial Birthday'

I love these flowers on this curtain fold card.  Aren't they gorgeous fussy cut out & clustered like this!!  I think this turned out super cute!  It is a true Susie card!

I actually used some left over pieces from my March monthly classes, changed it up & made this card. 

How did I do it?  Here are the measurements.

• 6x3"- dsp
• score at- 2 3/4", 3 1/4", 4 1/4" & 4 3/4"
• cut at a diagonal from the first score line (2 3/4"), leaving approximately 1"along the top edge.
• then fold on the scored lines to make your pleat! 
• use a glue dot to hold the pleats down
• add tear & tape along the entire back edge
• adhere to the card front

Everyone that signed up for my upcoming All Occasions card class- this is one of the cards you'll get to make!  

I used the 'Honey Bee' stamp set, along with the SOLD OUT- Golden Honey Designer Paper that was a Sale-a-bration choice.

The gold foil paper adds some added shine & dimension.

I stamped the bees onto a strip of Whisper White card stock, using my Memento ink.  And I then I used my Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend & colored the bee stripes.  I added Wink of Stella to the bee wings!  They are just so pretty in person!

• Basic Black-5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4"- fold in half for card base; 1 1/2 x 4 1/4"
• Crushed Curry- 2 x 4 3/4"; 4 1/4 x 1"
• Whisper White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card; 1 1/2" strip- stamp bees onto & punch out using 1" circle punch
• Gold Foil- 4 1/4 x 1/4"; 1 1/4 x 1 1/4" (x3)
