Here are the supplies & measurements that I used to create this card-

stamp set:  'Prettiest Birthday' (words)

card stock:

• Basic Black- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4"- fold in half for card base
  
• Basic White-  4 x 5 1/4"- emboss with butterflies on top part & stamp words on the bottom part
  
• Basic Black- 1/4 x 5 1/2"
  
• Basic Black- 3" strip- die cut circle from Painted Label Dies
  
• Basic White-
  
• Vellum- 2 3/4" strip
