Here I used the adorable 'Have a Hoot' stamp set!

This is another one of the projects everyone made at my Halloween class last weekend.

card stock:

• Gorgeous Grape- 3 1/2" strip- die cut with scalloped circle from Layering Circle Dies
  
• Whisper White- 3" strip- die cut with Layering Circle Dies
  
• Smoky Slate- 1" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with little tag in Bow Builder Punch
