The Leaf Label & Amber Gem Combo Pack, 

that I embossed using the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder.

Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Charming Sentiments'

card stock:

• Soft Suede- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
  
• Crushed Curry- 1 x 4"
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
  

designer paper: Celebrate Everything Host DSP- 3 x 5"

inks:  Soft Suede

other:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder; Leaf Label & Amber Gem Combo Pack; Silver-Threaded Twine (I separated the threads in this & got approx. 7 different threads out of one piece); dimensionals; glue dots; Blending Brush (rubbed Soft Suede ink over the embossed leaf)
