I used the Celebrate with Everything DSP host pack,

along with the Leaf Label & Amber Gem.

stamp set:  'Charming Sentiments'
card stock:

• Soft Suede- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
  
• Crushed Curry- 1 x 4"- stamp words onto
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
  

designer paper:  Celebrate Everything DSP- 

• 2 x 5"
• 1 x 5"
  

ink:  Soft Suede
other:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder; Sponge Dauber; Leaf Label & Amber Gem; Linen Thread, dimensionals; glue dots
