Here is my Christmas Pop Up Panel Card!

Oh gosh......I LOVE THIS CARD!

Here is another one of my Pop Up Panel cards!  This is my Christmas one.  This card was one that I designed for my Holiday Extravaganza class.  It was a favorite card of many that made it at my class!  Isn't it super cute!!

It looks hard!  But it really isn't.  I'll try to get pictures for a tutorial done in the next few weeks to share with all of you.  So check back later to see them.

I've done lots of figuring it out in creating this card so that it isn't so complicated.  My life is crazy busy & I love new folds & new techniques- but they can't be too time consuming, as I don't that the 'extra' time to do them then.
I used the Candy Cane Suite here from the Holiday Catalog for this card!  Check out the cute front of the card!  It is super cute too!  This is just an awesome wow card!

Look at the little Gingerbread house from the Candy Cane Designer Paper.

And the words- Just for You- are punched out from the set of words in the 'Candy Cane Christmas' stamp set.

stamp set:  'Candy Cane Christmas'
card stock:  Real Red, Crumb Cake, Whisper White
designer paper:  Candy Cane Lane DSP (12x12)
ink:  Real Red, Crumb Cake
other:  Paper Snips, Candy Cane Lane Baker's Twine, Basic Rhinestones, Classic Label Punch, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, 1 1/4" Circle Punch, 1 1/2" Circle Punch, Cookie Cutter Builder Punch, Simply Scored Scoring Tool
I did add some Clear Wink of Stella to the snow on the top of the Ginger Bread House too.....oh so cute!

Check out my Halloween Pop Up Panel Card HERE!
My Halloween Pop Up Card turned out super cute too didn't it!  I am totally addicted to these fun fold cards.  I made another one that everyone joining me for my November monthly classes get to make!  I'll be posting it here on my blog sometime next week!!

Yesterday was a fun day with all of the boys.  We went to What Cheer to the bank & played in the park for awhile.  Who would have thought it is the 2nd week in November & we are still having beautiful fall weather!  Well we are sure enjoying it!!  The boys had a blast at the park.  I love hearing them squeal as they are playing!

Brayden & his brother Jacobi spent the late afternoon/evening with us.  We enjoyed them!  Jacobi just fits right in with our other boys.

After Brayden & Jacobi left, Deke & I went to vote.  We saw several friends there & enjoyed visiting with them.

I then burnt the midnight oil working on stamping stuff!!

This morning Deke is off early to chore.   He is then headed out for the day of meetings.  He has a meeting this morning & then he has another meeting in Mount Pleasant this afternoon.

I'm off to go pick up the boys for the day.  I'll take the twins to pre-school & spend my day with Trey & Masen.  We have a few errands to run in town & then we'll head back home.  Tonight when the boys are all gone I'll be off to help Deke on the farm.  Tonight is my farmer night.  When I get in from the farm I'll be busy bee cutting card stock!

I hope you have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!
Happy Stamping!

Yesterday was a busy day & we were on the run most of the day!!  I got the boys off to school; then Trey & I headed to Osky to the bank, Walmart & then Browns shoe store.  We got home, put stuff away, made a late lunch & then I worked on farm bookwork all afternoon.  When the boys went home I spent the night placing orders & doing stamping bookwork.

Deke had a meeting in Fairfield last night, so it was late when he got home.

This morning Deke will be working on the farm & I'm off to go pick up the boys for the day.  All 4 of them (Brody, Drake, Trey & Masen) will be here.  Tonight when the Seeley boys & Masen go home, Brayden & his other brother Jacobi are coming to spend the evening with us.

Off I run......
I hope you have a TERRIFIC Tuesday!!

Happy Monday!!

Wow- what a whirl wind of a weekend I had!!!  I left with some of my downline team & headed to Madison, Wisconsin on Friday for a Stampin' Up! On Stage event.  We had a great time!!  I'm so glad that we made the quick trip over.  Oh my gosh.....wait until you see some of the new things we saw & learned.  Stampin' Up! has alot of new products in store of all of us beginning on January 4th in the upcoming Occasions Catalog & the upcoming Sale-a-bration Catalog.

We got home about 11:10 pm on Saturday night from Madison.  I worked on stamping stuff until about 12:30 & finally called it a night.  I was up at 6:00 yesterday morning & I was a card stock cutting machine!!  And bless my dear hubby for running the Big Shot & helping me out!  As I cut card stock until I walked out the door at 11:20 for my class in N. Liberty.  Brooke was our hostess & we all had a great time at my class!  Bless those that helped me set up & clean up!  We had a wonderful time visiting & stamping!  And everyone loved all of the cute cards that they got to make.  (I'll post pictures of these later this week!)

Last night Susie's Hair Hut was open for business.  And I finally got Deke's hair cut.  I was beat.....I did some bookwork too & finally called it a night.

The Moose from 'Jolly Friends'!

OH my gosh.....he is clean, simple & so stinkin' cute!!

This was one of the cards at my Holiday Extravaganza class.  When creating this card, I was just playing around with trying to not have to color with markers any more than I had to for his hat & decided if I stamped it onto colored card stock it worked perfectly!!  So I did it with his scarf too!

ink:  Black Memento

BUT- this morning Brayden & I are off to go to Manda's to get the boys ready for school.  I'll feed them all there & then take Brayden, Brody & Drake to school.  Trey & I have a few errands to run in town too while we are there.  I'll then head home to finish packing, as I'm off to Madison, Wisconsin soon, with several of my downline (Kathy, Betty, Lorraine & Cindy), plus Lynda, Christy, Tara & Kimberly (side- line demonstrators of mine).  Tara, Christy & I will be attending the Leaders event tonight & then all of us will be attending the On Stage event all day tomorrow!  We are super excited, as we'll be getting to see the New Occasions & Sale-a-bration Catalogs that go live to customers the first part of January!  I love Stampin' Up! events as I always come home with tons of new things to share with all of you!!  We'll be heading home tomorrow evening after the On Stage event, so I can finish getting ready for my class & attend it on Sunday with my N. Liberty gals!

So- I'll be taking a couple days off of posting.....be sure you check back in on me on Monday morning to catch up lots of things that I'll have to share!!

I hope you have a WONDERFUL weekend!

Yesterday was a fun day with the boys!  They are true crafters & stampers.  Humm.....I wonder where they get that from.  First thing yesterday morning (after breakfast), Brody wanted to make cards!  So they got out their box of card stock (my scraps) & some punches & markers & colors & away they went!  It was a precious moment!  I loved it!

Last night the boys all went trick or treating together!  Here is a photo of them when they were all here.  Oh my.....it sure was hard to get a photo of all of them together that is good.  I took several pictures & I wouldn't say any of them are good.  But they are being them & it is just a great way to remember that exact moment!  Their smiles, their laughs- it is all just priceless!  And we are so blessed!

A beautiful fall leaf!

So you all know that I love fall...and the splashed of different colors are just one of the many reasons why I love it!

Oh my gosh.....check out this beautiful fall leaf card.  I just love the way this card turned out!  It is one of the fall cards that I created for my Holiday Extravaganza class.  This will be one of many cards that everyone joining me for this fun annual stamp camp will be making!  It is just gorgeous in person!

Check out the Kraft Rope Trim (pg. 13 in the Holiday Catalog).  This trim as 3 layers in it that are twisted together & I just untwisted it (making 3) & it has this cool crimped look to it!

I did the baby wipe technique here, using the 'Gorgeous Grunge' stamp set, adding a splash of color over the top of the leaf!
I just added several drops of different ink refill colors onto a folded baby wipe.
NOTE:  Make sure you go up & down into the baby wipe in approximately the same spot, so that you don't mud up the colors that you are adding to the stamp.

How did I do it?
  • I did stamp the leaf onto Very Vanilla card stock, using Crumb Cake ink.
  • I cut it out with the Leaflets Framelits.
  • And then did the baby wipe technique on it, adding all of these fall colors.

What ink refill colors did I use?
  • Crushed Curry
  • Garden Green
  • Cajun Craze
  • Pumpkin Pie
Oh- and I added some sparkle to it too!  I added a little Gold Wink of Stella over the "VEINS" in the leaf= very last.

stamp sets:  'Vintage Leaves', 'Gorgeous Grunge' & 'Suite Seasons'ink:  Crumb Cake & Soft Suede
ink refills:  Crushed Curry, Garden Green, Cajun Craze & Pumpkin Pie
other:  Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, Leaflets Framelits, Banner Triple Punch, Dimensionals, Kraft Rope Trim, Gold Wink of Stella Pen

I have the day off of work- as Manda has had parent teachers conferences this week, so there is no school today.  Thus the timing worked out perfect, as I'm going to be a card stock cutting fool- getting everything done & finalized for tomorrows Holiday Extravaganza!

Tonight Deke & I will go set up tables & chairs at the location I rented for my event.  And then we'll come home & get all of the food ready.  I'll finish cutting & packing up & loading the car too before I go to bed.  Hopefully I get it all done & get a few hours of sleep too!

I hope you have a FABULOUS Friday!

'Paisleys & Posies'

Here is a pretty fall card using the set- 'Paisleys & Posies' from the Holiday Catalog.

I added Gold Sequins on it, instead of using pearls or rhinestones, so that it was more mailable friendly- as I have a picky postal lady.

I sent cards to all of the Level 1 gals on my team a couple of weeks ago.  Some were celebrating birthdays, Stampin' Up! Anniversaries, Fall or maybe Halloween!  I sent a variety of different cards to them.  And I played with this stamp set, making several different cards with this set.  I thought this one turned out really cute- just my colors!

I made a collage with several of the different stamp images in the 'Paisleys & Posies' set (putting all of these stamps onto one big block).  It made it faster & easier to stamp- especially when I was making multiples of it.

stamp set:  'Paisleys & Posies'
card stock:  Delightful Dijon, Cajun Craze, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake
ink:  Cajun Crazeother: Banner Triple Punch, Gold Sequins, Dimensionals, Glue Dots

Here are Brody & Drake......they got to ride in the tractor with Papa yesterday & check out their smiles!  We sure love our little farm boys!

Stamping, boys & more stamping!  That pretty much is going to sum up my week...with adding piggies in tomorrow night to my schedule.

I hope you have a TERRIFIC Tuesday!
Happy Stamping!

Wow- here is another clean & simple card.....but very elegant!!  It turned out to be a really pretty card.  I did the smack down technique here with this snowflake stamp!  Cool huh!

This card is a November monthly swap that I am in the process of making for a group of demonstrators that I do a card swap with each month!  I hope they all like it!

This card might also end up being one of my Holiday Extravaganza projects for next weekend too!

stamp set:  'Tin of Tags'
card stock:  Marina Mist, Dapper Denim, Whisper White
ink:  Dapper Denim
other:  2" Circle Punch, Basic Rhinestones, Dimensionals

Here are a few other cards that I did the Smack Down Technique on.

Masen is on the uphill side of feeling better.  He was still pretty clingy & not quite himself- but the meds are thankfully helping.

After Manda got off of work last evening we made a trip to Osky to the Pumpkin Patch for our annual fun there.  It was a little chilly, but the boys had fun!  Masen & I drove over separately & we didn't stay too long.  The Seeley family was there a long time & the boys had a blast!  (Check out our Pumpkin Patch photos HERE!)  Hopefully we can get there next year on a little warmer evening & hopefully Brayden will be able to go with us next year too.  He was suppose to go with us last night, but his schedule got changed & he wasn't here.  We sure missed him- I just hate ever leaving him out of things that we all do.   He was here for a bit last night though & rode with Papa in the tractor.  And we'll see him tonight & this weekend too.

After I got home last night, I took Masen home.  Sarah had made supper for all of us, so I took Deke's supper to the field & I rode with him in the tractor for about 1 hour- so we could catch up on things.  I then burnt the midnight oil stamping!  And he burnt the midnight oil in the field.

This morning Deke is off to chore & spend the day in the field again.  I'm off to go pick up the boys.  I'll take the twins to pre-school & Trey & I will head out to our home to spend our day together.  I assume he will go ride in the tractor with Papa for awhile.

Then tonight the Seeley & Wood families are all headed to Memphis to race & camp all weekend.  Deke hopes to be done in the field tomorrow- so we'll stay home tonight for him to work & for me to stamp!  If all goes as planned we'll go down tomorrow night for the race & come back home afterwards, as we can't leave the piggies.  And I have to spend all day Saturday & all day/night on Sunday stamping & cutting card stock for my upcoming Holiday Extravaganza class.  Woo hoo!!

Gotta run......
I hope you have a FABULOUS Friday!!
Happy Stamping!
Hugs-
