I made it when stamping with my friend Lynda clear back in November.

I think it turned out super cool!

 

Look at the clothes on the girl.  They are paper pieced, using the Daffodil Delight DSP. 

HOW did I do it?

1.  stamp girl image onto Basic White card stock using Memento Ink

2.  stamp girl image onto designer paper using Memento Ink

3.  cut out image(s) with Paper Snips (scissors)

4.  glue cut out images directly over the stamped images

5.  color the remaining images with Stampin' Blends

• Pale Papaya- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4"- fold in half for card base
  
• Pale Papaya- 3" strip- die cut scalloped circle die

WOW!

This New Horizons Suite is totally AMAZING!

I let the New Horizons DSP do all of the work & be the star of the show here.

This is such a simple card......and  I totally love it!

I think that this is a peaceful looking card!

As I actually made it as a sympathy card

to send out to a dear friend who lost her mother-in-law.

 

Did you notice the Evergreen Forest 3D Embossing Folder 

that I used on the bottom part of this card?

 

I made this into a fun z fold card (my favorite fold).

Blessings of Home

You all know that I love black & white cards!

Check out this one!

It is clean & simple!

And I love it!

It is a totally Susie card.

 

I used the 'Blessings of Home' stamp set.

This flowery stamp is a dis'ink'tive style.

Check out the highlighting & natural shading that is in these images! 

 

How did I do it?

 

1.  Take Basic White 3 3/4 x 5" & lay Basic White 2 1/2 x 3 1/2"

on top of each other as shown above & stamp flowers.

2.  When you get it stamped- you'll have these pieces.

3.  You will layer the stamped white pieces onto Basic Black card stock.

The bigger image will be adhered to the card base that measures-

5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- scored at 4 1/4" & fold in half.

The smaller stamped image will be adhered to 

a 3 x 4" piece of Basic Black card stock.

4.  It will look like this when you adhere them all together!

 I just added a thin strip with the words & ribbon to complete this card!!

Beautiful Moments

Check out this pretty card.

I used the 'Beautiful Moments' stamp set.

I needed a card to send to a friend & thought this would work out great.

Where did I find this narrow ribbon?

It is the 1/2" Highland Heather Grosgrain Ribbon. 

I actually made a bow with it & thought it was too big for what I wanted.

So I cut a 4" strip of this ribbon in half with my scissors & used that.

The thinner piece was exactly what I needed.

Tulip Fun Fold

 

This is an super cute fun fold card using the 'Timeless Tulips' stamp set 

& coordinating Tulip Builder Punch!

 Look at how pretty this is!

 This is what it looks like as you are opening it up!

This is a fun z fold.  See how it looks when opened up.

Check out the 3D tulip!

How did I do it?

 

 1.  Stamp 3 tulips onto the Simply Marbelous DSP, using Polished Pink ink pad. 

2.  Punch out the tulips using the Tulip Builder Punch.

3.  Fold all 3 tulips in half like this.

4.  Adhere the 3 tulips together by laying them on top of each other like this.

5.  Open up the tulips to look like this & adhere them to a solid Polished Pink 

cardstock piece punched out with the Tulip Builder Punch.

6.  The tulip will look like this when all stuck together.

 

Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp sets:  'Timeless Tulip' & 'Flowering Rain Boots' (inside words)

card stock:

• Polished Pink- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4"- die cut the scalloped circle out of the center top part & then emboss the card front using the Gingham Embossing Folder 
•  Basic White- 2 3/4" strip- die cut circle to layer tulip onto
• Basic White- 1 1/2" strip- die cut "thanks" 
• Pear Pizzazz- 2" strip- stamp leaves onto & punch out with Tulip Builder Punch
• Pear Pizzazz- 1 1/2" strip- die cut "thanks"

I just love the way it turned out!
