Love of Leaves Bundle

 Here is another fun black & white fall card, using the 'Love of Leaves' Bundle!

The technique I did here is called Inlaid Die Cutting.

How did I do it?

• Stamp the Leaf onto a 3" strip of Basic White card stock using Memento Ink.
• Die cut the Leaf.
• 3x3" Basic Black CS & die cut the Leaf out of the center of this.
• (You will NOT use that Black Leaf on this card project- save it for another project!)
• Attach the Basic Black 3x3" Leaf cut out piece to a piece of 3 1/4 x 3 1/4" Black/White Plaid DSP!
  
• NOW put dimensionals on the back side of the stamped leaf & pop it up in the center of the Basic Black Leaf cut out opening!

*In person you'd be able to the stitching from the dies that are on both the Basic Black card stock piece & the Basic White/Memento stamped Leaf.  

This is another fun Z fold card!

 

Here are the supplies & measurements so you can make this card too!

stamp set:  'Love of Leaves'

card stock:

• Basic Black- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4"- fold into a z for card base
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- emboss with Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder
  
• Basic Black- 1 x 5 1/4"
  
• Basic Black- 1 x 4"
  
• Basic Black- 3 x 3"- die cut leaf out of center of this
  
• Basic White- 3" strip- stamp leaf onto & die cut out
  
• Basic White- 3/8" strip- stamp words onto & flag ends using the Tailored Tag Punch
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card

 Look how I used this Tailored Tag Punch for these words!!!
