'Confetti Celebration'

Here is another cute card using the 'Confetti Celebration' stamp set.  This stamp set is carrying over into the NEW Annual Catalog that begins on June 1st.

Check out how I cut strips of the DSP & used it.  You could also use Washi Tape like this too.  

This is card I made for a graduation party!
