A 'Cross My Heart' Shadow Box card

Good morning!  Here is a sweet shadow box card.  This stamp set works perfect for fitting inside the punches.

cs:  Basic Gray, Very Vanilla, Real Red
More Amore Specialty D Paper
ink:  Basic Gray
supplies:  Big Shot, Soda Pop Top, 1 3/8" Circle punch, 1 3/4" Scallop Circle punch, Paper Piercing tool, Stampin' Mat, glue dots, dimensionals, 1/8" Mini Brads

Note:  I used a punch that was on the clearance rack- 3 Heart punch from the small heart.  I wanted to use the small heart from the Owl punch- but at the moment- my Owl punch is missing!!  If I don't find it soon I'll be ordering another one.

Love the way this pops up!

 What a fun & easy card.

Measurements:  

2 pieces of card stock of your choice (I used 2 different colors)

cut to 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"- score at 1/2" & 1" from both ends.

I sure enjoyed my day with my boys yesterday.  We played all kinds of things- like riding on Brayden's bus; baked cookies; colored; played farm; read lots of books; played in the tent; sang & danced, etc.....

Last night I burnt the midnight oil finishing a swap that has to be in the mail today!

This morning we get baby piggies in.  Since it is SO COLD out- my sister, Julie is coming to our home to stay in with the twins for a few hours so I can go out & help Deke.  Bless her!  When it warms back up some the twins & Brayden will get to go out to see the new babies.

Tonight we sell hogs (from outside lots) in the COLD too!!  I'm going to be wiped tonight.  The cold use to not bother me when I worked outside on the farm every day.....but now I'm a fair weather farmer.  I'll be all bundled up in my coveralls, hat, scarf, gloves & boots.

Wow- we had a great "Glitter Gals" team downline meeting yesterday.  I'm so glad everyone that joined me got to come.  But also sad that some of my team couldn't be there too.

Hello!

YIPEE!!  I have my 'Glitter Gals' Demonstrator GROUP joining me at my downline meeting today.  All of us attending are 'related'- either sidelines or directs.  I am looking forward to seeing everyone & spending our day stamping!

'All Occasions Cards' that I donated.....

Happy Hump Day......

Last Spring I cut & stamped an extra set of 'All Occasions' cards that I did for my annual class & I finally got them all put together on Monday night.

 I donated them to the Sigourney Cancer Basketball game last night.
And I made a little box to hold them all.

The two cards shown above are 2 of my favorites.

  'Lovely As A Tree' & 'Thoughts & Prayers'
are both old stamp sets that have been around for awhile- but I love them!

We had a late night selling hogs last night & moving pigs.
I was FROZE when we got in.
Deke is gone to meetings all day today, so it will just be the twins & me.
Tonight I'm going to get my hair cut.
And then when I get home I have several boxes of stamps that arrived yesterday that I need to get sorted & put together, as I'll be delivering to my IC gals tomorrow night.

My Paper Pumpkin.....NEW Monthy Subscription

This was just announced at Leadership.....there is a really fun product coming up soon called My Paper Pumpkin.  It is a monthly subscription to receive a crafting project.  They are packaged like little gifts too!  Wouldn't it be fun to receive a little gift in the mail every month?  You can sign up and cancel your subscription any time.  These kits have clear-mount stamps, an ink spot, paper and embellishments, and of course, instructions.  The first kit all will receive is the Welcome Kit, which includes a clear block.  Some kits may have products exclusive to the Paper Pumpkin program, so you won't want to miss out on that!

If you aren't sure about the subscription, you could also get the Try It Kit, which is actually a little journal.  It is a little more pricey, so there is definitely an advantage to signing up with the subscription.
