Wow- our furnace doesn't run too often since we live in a berm  home- but it sure has run alot the past 2 days.

All area schools are delayed for 2 hours today due to the extreme cold temps.

Thankfully it is suppose to warm up again in the next few days.

All 3 of my boys are suppose to be here today so that will be fun.

I am hoping the twins take a decent nap & then Brayden & I can make some things in my Stamp Studio.  I was thinking that some "heart" garland would be fun!

Tonight my friend Cindy & her daughter Brittany are coming & we'll be cutting Brittany's wedding invites.  So I'm off to clean up my Stamp Studio right now before the boys get here.

I have all of my cards created for Deb's workshop on Sunday.  I will spend my day tomorrow cutting & getting everything finalized for that.

This is one of the cards that I did for my shoe box swap at my downline meeting.

More than likely I'll be going to Manda's this morning to stay with the boys.

Our gravel roads aren't the best & she has an early meeting.

I hate to see her take them out in the cold & worry about her going into the ditch.

Thankfully we have a great maintainer guy though & he has already been over our roads this morning.  

The school is doing a 2 hour delay today too- which I'm glad.

Snow, Snow & more SNOW!

This is a view standing on my front porch this morning!

WOW- tons of snow.

And it came quick!

Lots of wind tonight.....wondering if school will be delayed in the morning?

 This is my baby- Nestle.

She is such a wonderful dog!

We are blessed to have her in our family!

We adopted her a couple of years ago.

She is great with the boys.

And she loves the snow.

What weird weather we have been having.....ice, cold, warm, thunder, rain, snow....man you never know what it is going to be like in the next 12 hours around here lately!

Thankfully last night we got our hogs sorted in between rains & they got loaded & gone before the snow hit.  Hoping they made it to the plant ok & pray the trucker makes it back home safely.
Deke was suppose to go to Des Moines today to the Capitol for a DOT meeting, but they cancelled it due to the weather.  So now he'll just be in the office at the Courthouse.
We have tons of snow here & no school- so I won't have the boys.
I'll be cleaning my Stampin' Studio & working on projects for all of my upcoming February workshops.
Wow- an unexpected day off of babysitting- but I won't need to worry about what I'm going to be doing......hoping I have good mojo.

We are side-lines in the "Glitter Gals" group under Becky.

Christy is a dear friend & I'm so glad that stamping brought us to know each other.

Brayden's Valentines......

Brayden made Valentines yesterday.  Aren't they cute!

(And so is grandma!)

And he is just the sweetest!

Yesterday was a busy day.

I ran errands all morning- recycling center, bank, etc.

Then Nathan & Brayden came to visit in the afternoon.

And I cut Nathan's hair.
Brayden decided he wanted to stay all night.

We were all going to go to the ballgame last night, but decided we would just stay home & play instead.

I need to get his breakfast now- of course he wants pancakes & bacon.

I am home all day again today!!

YIPEE!!

I have tons to get done & hope to head to my stamp room soon!!

Bayden & I are going to make some Valentines first off this morning.

And then I hope to get lots checked off of my list of things to do!

It is raining now & we are suppose to get ice today/tonight.

I am so glad I don't have a workshop today to worry about having to reschedule!

Drake was still G'ma's boy all day long yesterday & we rocked alot, cuddled & read books.

He is feeling better though!

I cut the twins hair too- gosh they look like such big boys!

Drake didn't sit real still, but Brody sure did a good job at sitting & holding still.

A "thank you" for a great stampin' party!!

Good morning.....

Here is a little baggie I put together for my hostess last night as her "thank you" gift from me.

 I sure love this More Amore Designer Paper.

But Pool Party is one of my favorite colors too & I love hearts too!

Cathy had a wonderful party last night.  

I know I had a fun time & think that everyone else did too.
Nice to meet some new friends too.

It was a great start to kick of Sale-a-bration time!! 

Yesterday I took Drake back to see his 'regular'- Dr. Mary.  As he was still running a high fever & I just not himself at all.  Poor little guy has ear infection.  He got meds & hopefully will be feeling better soon.  We are also praying that Brody doesn't catch anything- since we need to keep him healthy for his upcoming surgery.

I feel so bad......as Brayden was suppose to come spend the day with us today, but since Drake is sick we decided he shouldn't as we sure don't want him to get sick.  Hopefully he can come sometime soon to play with the twins.

WOW....I love my job(s).....my daytime job as grandma's daycare & my night time job(s) as a hog farmer & Stampin' UP! demonstrator!

Tonight I have a workshop at Cathy's home with her & her friends!  I can't wait....Cathy is my first customer every year to have an in home workshop during Sale-a-bration time!  I always look forward to seeing old friends & meeting new ones at her party!

Yesterday was a long day.  Poor little Drake is sick & we are praying that Brody doesn't get get it, as Brody has surgery coming up in a few weeks we need him to stay healthy.  Drake is quite the trooper though....really wasn't crabby, just wanted to cuddle & rock.  You could tell by his eyes that he just didn't feel good.  And he didn't hardly eat anything all day!  We spent alot of time rocking yesterday (even Papa came in to help out & rocked him for over an hour).  Manda met me at the drs office after school.  Drake has had a little cough while sleeping & a runny nose for a few days.  But when he woke up from his nap yesterday afternoon he was running a high temp & lethargic.  The dr said it was just viral & it would run it's course.  HOPING he is better this morning & the Seeley family got some sleep last night.  I also HOPE he doesn't end up with ear infection, RSV or anything more from this.

We get more baby piggies in this morning.  The original plan for the day was for my mom to come stay with the twins here so I could go out & help Deke.  But since Drake is sick- Papa will have to do it all alone.  I know he can do it.....(but it is easier with two & goes faster).

Today is my downline/friend Judy's birthday!!  I'm wishing her a very special day!!
