Tic-Tac-Toe Board Valentine card

• Highland Heather- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2" & fold in half for card base
  
• Highland Heather- 1/2 x 3'- stamp words onto & flag end with scissors
  
• Gorgeous Grape- 3 1/2 x 3 1/2"
• Gorgeous Grape- 1/4 x 3 1/2" (x4")- strips to make Tic-Tac-Toe board
  
• Real Red- 1/2 x 4 1/4"
  
• Real Red- 1/4 x 3 1/2"
  
• Real Red- 1 1/4"- die cut hearts
  
• Basic White-3 1/4 x 3 1/4"- for Tic-Tac-Toe board- stamp XO onto
  
• Basic White- 1 1/4" strip- stamp heart (for inside of card) & die cut
  
• Gorgeous Grape- 3/8 x 4'- emboss & pop up with dimensionals for inside of card
