Wow!  Like I said yesterday- boys, stamping & pigs!  That pretty much sums up my days this week!  I've been a stamping fool each night when the boys go home.  Last night it was after 7 when I got started.....so I burnt the midnight oil, plus.  I have lots of super cute cards created for my Holiday Extravaganza class that I'm hosting this weekend.  Oh my gosh- I can't wait for everyone joining me to come spend our day stamping together.  They are going to go home with some cool projects with new folds & everything is pretty much focused on the Holiday Catalog.

Tonight when the boys go home I'm headed out to be a farmer for awhile helping Deke mark, sort & load hogs.  When I get in I'm going to be a card stock cutting maniac!  I'll be posting pictures of my projects in the coming days/weeks that I've created for my Holiday Extravaganza.

I'm off this morning to go pick up the boys & take the twins to pre-school.  Trey & Masen will be hanging out with G'ma all day.  Deke is off early to chore & head to the office this morning & then work on the farm all afternoon/evening.

Gotta run........
I hope you have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!
Happy Stamping!

'Paisleys & Posies'

Here is a pretty fall card using the set- 'Paisleys & Posies' from the Holiday Catalog.

I added Gold Sequins on it, instead of using pearls or rhinestones, so that it was more mailable friendly- as I have a picky postal lady.

I sent cards to all of the Level 1 gals on my team a couple of weeks ago.  Some were celebrating birthdays, Stampin' Up! Anniversaries, Fall or maybe Halloween!  I sent a variety of different cards to them.  And I played with this stamp set, making several different cards with this set.  I thought this one turned out really cute- just my colors!

I made a collage with several of the different stamp images in the 'Paisleys & Posies' set (putting all of these stamps onto one big block).  It made it faster & easier to stamp- especially when I was making multiples of it.

stamp set:  'Paisleys & Posies'
card stock:  Delightful Dijon, Cajun Craze, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake
ink:  Cajun Crazeother: Banner Triple Punch, Gold Sequins, Dimensionals, Glue Dots

Here are Brody & Drake......they got to ride in the tractor with Papa yesterday & check out their smiles!  We sure love our little farm boys!

Stamping, boys & more stamping!  That pretty much is going to sum up my week...with adding piggies in tomorrow night to my schedule.

I hope you have a TERRIFIC Tuesday!
Happy Stamping!

Yesterday I spent my day stamping from the early morning until we left late in the afternoon for the races.

We all went to the pits last night!  The kids were all camping down there.  We had a good time!

Nathan got 5th in his heat, started 13th in the main & finished a strong 3rd place.  If he would have had a few more laps he'd probably have won.  He was on the move once he got around all of the traffic he had to pass that was in front of him.

I am home all day today & will be a stamping fool!  Praying I  have good mojo!

I hope you have a SUPER Sunday!
Happy Stamping!

"Snowflakes"- with the Smackdown Technique!

Wow- here is another clean & simple card.....but very elegant!!  It turned out to be a really pretty card.  I did the smack down technique here with this snowflake stamp!  Cool huh!

This card is a November monthly swap that I am in the process of making for a group of demonstrators that I do a card swap with each month!  I hope they all like it!

This card might also end up being one of my Holiday Extravaganza projects for next weekend too!

ink:  Dapper Denim
other:  2" Circle Punch, Basic Rhinestones, Dimensionals

Here are a few other cards that I did the Smack Down Technique on.

Masen is on the uphill side of feeling better.  He was still pretty clingy & not quite himself- but the meds are thankfully helping.

After Manda got off of work last evening we made a trip to Osky to the Pumpkin Patch for our annual fun there.  It was a little chilly, but the boys had fun!  Masen & I drove over separately & we didn't stay too long.  The Seeley family was there a long time & the boys had a blast!  (Check out our Pumpkin Patch photos HERE!)  Hopefully we can get there next year on a little warmer evening & hopefully Brayden will be able to go with us next year too.  He was suppose to go with us last night, but his schedule got changed & he wasn't here.  We sure missed him- I just hate ever leaving him out of things that we all do.   He was here for a bit last night though & rode with Papa in the tractor.  And we'll see him tonight & this weekend too.

After I got home last night, I took Masen home.  Sarah had made supper for all of us, so I took Deke's supper to the field & I rode with him in the tractor for about 1 hour- so we could catch up on things.  I then burnt the midnight oil stamping!  And he burnt the midnight oil in the field.

This morning Deke is off to chore & spend the day in the field again.  I'm off to go pick up the boys.  I'll take the twins to pre-school & Trey & I will head out to our home to spend our day together.  I assume he will go ride in the tractor with Papa for awhile.

Then tonight the Seeley & Wood families are all headed to Memphis to race & camp all weekend.  Deke hopes to be done in the field tomorrow- so we'll stay home tonight for him to work & for me to stamp!  If all goes as planned we'll go down tomorrow night for the race & come back home afterwards, as we can't leave the piggies.  And I have to spend all day Saturday & all day/night on Sunday stamping & cutting card stock for my upcoming Holiday Extravaganza class.  Woo hoo!!

Gotta run......
I hope you have a FABULOUS Friday!!
Happy Stamping!

Pumpkin Patch fun with our boys!

Drake, Trey, Manda, Brody, Me & Masen

Last night after work we made a trip to the Pumpkin Patch- which is usually an annual event for us to do.  Originally Brayden should have been here to go with us, but his schedule got changed- so we sure missed him being with us.

We will all be spending the weekend together though....so that will be good!  Brayden will be here after school tomorrow with the boys.  And they are all headed to Memphis for the weekend racing & camping.  Deke & I will go down on Saturday evening to join them for the race.

It was a little chilly- but the boys had fun!

Here they all are standing by the big pumpkin.....to see how tall they are!

They played in the corn with their daddy (Steve)!

'Christmas Pines'

I love this card!!  It looks like me.  It looks like my style & it could easily fit in perfectly with my decor & colors within our home.

It is clean, simple & classy!  This is one of the cards that is an option for my upcoming Christmas Card Class and could be a KIT TO GO option!

In the photo, it doesn't show the sparkle of the Wink of Stella that I added to the pine needles.....but it is really pretty in person!

I rarely use Always Artichoke except for Christmas cards.  I need to use it more often.  I really like the natural look of it.

stamp set:  'Christmas Pines'
card stock:  Crumb Cake, Always Artichoke, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla
ink:  Always Artichoke, Chocolate Chip
other:  Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies, Dimensionals, Glue Dots, Paper Snips, Wink of Stella

Yesterday was a long day.  Poor Masen is a sick little guy.  I (G'ma) spent many hours rocking Masen.  His fever is down (but then we've been keeping Ibuprofen & Tylenol in him every 2 hours).  He just didn't want to be put down & didn't eat or drink much.  Hopefully his antibiotics kick in & he feels better today.  Trey was a trooper & so good all day!

Last night when the boys were all gone I worked on stamping stuff & burnt the midnight oil.  We ended up not getting a load of hogs in, so I didn't go out to help Deke.  He worked late in the field again.

I'm off early this morning to pick up the boys & spend the day with them.  Tonight I'll be working on stamping stuff again.  Next weekend is my Annual Holiday Extravaganza & I'm gonna be a stamping fool working on it every spare minute I have.

I hope you have a very special Thursday!!
Happy Stamping!

'Joyful Nativity'

Here is another one of the options for my upcoming Christmas Card Class or KITS TO GO.  It is a traditional Christmas card in non-traditional colors, using Night of Navy & Rich Razzleberry together!
I added some Gold Glimmer along the edge of it, to dress it up & make it sparkle!

This is a very pretty card in person.  It is clean, simple & elegant!

stamp set:  'Joyful Nativity'
card stock:  Night of Navy, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White, Gold Glimmer
ink:  Night of Navy, Rich Razzleberry
other:   Big Shot, Sparkle Embossing Folder, 1 3/4" Circle Punch, Gold Sequins. Dimensionals

We  enjoyed another beautiful fall day & got to play outside!  Poor Masen is sick with ear infection & a red throat.  Sure hope his medicine kicks in & he feels better today.

I burnt the midnight oil working on stamping stuff last night.  I did ride with Deke about 1 hour in the tractor when I took out his supper to him.  If the weather cooperates he should get done in the field by the end of the week.

This morning Deke is off early to chore & then head to the courthouse for a meeting.  I'm off early to walk & then go pick up the boys.  I'll take the twins to pre-school & Trey & Masen will hang out with me for the day.

Tonight is my farmer night, so I'll be helping Deke on the farm.  I'm sure he'll be in the field late again too.....so I'm planning on staying up late to work on stamp stuff.

I hope you have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!
Happy Stamping!

Here is a Merry Tags Framelit Die card!

Check out this cute deer in the Merry Tags Framelit Die!  I partnered it up with the Woodland Embossing Folder.  I thought it made a great fall card or a great guy card!

This is a also a fun fold- 'gate fold' card.  The top come up & the bottom goes down.

I used the Burlap ribbon again....think I'm getting kind of addicted to it.  I like the width of it & it is stiff & great to work with to add dimension to a card or project.
It is clean & simple- but very cool!

stamp set:  'Sunburst Sayings'
card stock:  Early Espresso, Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
ink:  Early Espresso
other:  Big Shot, Precision Plate, Merry Tag Framelit Die, Classic Label Punch, 2" Circle Punch, Glue Dots, Dimensionals, Burlap Ribbon, New Platoform, Woodland Embossing Folder

AND CHECK THIS CARD OUT.......
I made this same card into a Christmas card.  Look closely at the snowflakes here!

What do you think?  I used a sponge dauber & a Whisper White Craft Ink Pad & lightly rubbed the Woodland Embossed (Crumb Cake) piece.  I then added some little snowflakes from the 'Greetings from Santa' stamp set!  I also used the 'Teeny Tiny Wishes' (Merry Christmas) words here too with the Classic Label Punch.

This card was the 6th one everyone at my October monthly classes got to make with me last week.

I gave everyone at my classes the option of making either the fall OR Christmas card.  I think it was a toss up as to which they all liked the best.  It was about 1/2 & 1/2 making each of them.

I am not sure which one I like the best.  I am a snowflake lover....so do really like that card too.

++++++
The boys & I were outside alot yesterday- it was warm & windy!  They should have slept good last night.  Brayden rode the bus here after school, so we were all glad we got to see him for a bit- but he had basket ball practice, so wasn't here too long.  After the other boys left I burnt the midnight oil working on entering orders & doing bookwork.  Deke worked late on the farm with the pigs, since it to was too wet for him to be in the field.

This morning I'm off early to walk & then head in to pick up the boys.  Poor little Masen had a fever last night, so he might be going to the dr today & not coming here.  Deke will be home all day today to work on the farm.

Tonight when the boys go home I'll be a stamping!!  And if it is dry enough, Deke will be going back out to work in the field.

Gotta run.....
I hope you have a TERRIFIC Tuesday!!
Happy Stamping!

They are such a beautiful family- inside & out!

I love it!  The colors of fall are beautiful!
WOW-
Check out the sun shining down through the tree/leaves.

'Christmas Pines'

Here is a another one of the cards that everyone joining me this past week made at my October monthly card classes.  It is a fun easel card, using the  cool set- 'Christmas Pines' that is in the Holiday Catalog.
These pine cones are stinkin' cute!  Don't you think they are pretty!

This card is for Thanksgiving, but you could easily change the words to make it a pretty Christmas card, or it could even be a sympathy or birthday card!

This stamp set- 'Christmas Pines' & coordinating Thinlits Pretty Pines.  They can be purchased together in a BUNDLE & you save 10%.

stamp sets:  'Christmas Pines' & 'Suite Seasons'
card stock:  Garden Green, Crumb Cake, Chocolate Chip & Very Vanilla

Woo Hoo- I had a great day of stamping again with everyone that joined me yesterday!  Karen & Kathy were awesome hostesses.  AND Bless Ruth for being my "right hand" each month!  We had some new gals join us too- Luann, Peggy & Becky & I hope they join us again!!  I think it was just a great day had by all!  Friends & stamping are just the prefect combination.

You all know that fall is my favorite time of the year.  Well- the leaves are really changing & my drive to Hiawatha was just beautiful!  Green, brown, yellow, orange, red.....the colors were just gorgeous!  I was in awhh at Mother Natures beauty!

Last night Manda, Steve & the boys stopped out for a bit.  And then we ran up to Nathan & Sarah's for a few minutes after supper.  I loved getting to see all our boys last night.  Masen hadn't seen us since Wednesday.....and he was just full of kisses for both G'ma & Papa!  How blessed we are that our kids & grandsons all live so close to us & we get to see them all almost daily!

I was beat last night after a full week of stamping & classes, boys & pigs.  I fell asleep on the couch watching the Cubs game with Deke.

This morning Deke is off early to chore & head to weekly board meeting.  I'm off early to walk & then go pick up the boys for the day!  Tonight when they go home I'll be placing orders & getting things from the past week/weekends classes all put away.

I hope you have a MARVELOUS Monday!!
Happy Stamping!

'Petals & Poises'

Oh how I love these words.....and this card makes me just totally think of my dear friend Judy that passed away in May.  Purple was her favorite color.  She would have just loved this card!!

This is another one of the cards that everyone joining me for my October classes this week is making!

'Santa's Sleigh'

Here is a pretty card......it could be a fall card or a winter card, depending on what words you use on it, don't you think!

I used the Warmth & Cheer Designer Paper Stack.  This is pretty designer paper for Christmas cards, but also think they are great for guy cards too!

This is one of the cards that everyone joining me this week for my October monthly classes gets to make!

When I showed Manda my October monthly class cards earlier this week, she really liked this one!  I know it reminds me of all of the deer that we have around our house this time of year, as the farmers are working in the fields, taking out the crops- the deer are just running like crazy!  They are beautiful animals, just very dangerous & destructive on the crops.

I rode with Deke in the tractor for about 1 1/2 hours late last night.  We saw at least 8 deer- ranging in size from smaller ones to big ones.

This stamp set & coordinating thinlits can also be purchased as a bundle!

stamp set:  'Santa's Sleigh'
card stock:  Garden Green, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Whisper White
designer paper:  Warmth & Cheer Paper Stack (6x6)
ink:  Black Memento
marker:  Early Espresso (Neutrals Group)
other:  Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, Santa's Sleigh Thinlit Dies, Classic Label Punch, Burlap Ribbon, Dimensionals, Glue Dots, Softly Falling Embossing Folder

++++++
Yesterday was a busy day, yet kind of quiet!  I took the 3 boys to school yesterday morning & just Trey spent the day with me.  He rode in the tractor with Papa for about 1 hour.  Otherwise he played in the kitchen (by my feet), while I worked on cutting card stock.

I had several joining me last night here at our home to stamp!  When everyone left I went out to ride with Deke in the tractor & chat up with him, as we haven't hardly seen each other the past 36 hours.  A hydraulic line broke on the tank about 11:15- so we shut things down & headed to the house.  He'll fix it this morning, in the daylight.

I'm up early to walk & get things ready for this morning stamp class.  I'm looking forward to seeing everyone.  I'm hoping I get to sit, visit & stamp along with them.  When they leave I'll work on getting everything cut & ready for my 2 stamp classes that I have tomorrow.  Deke plans to work in the field all day/night again if he gets things fixed.

I hope you have a SUPER Saturday!!
Happy Stamping!
