Here is another one of the cards I'm sharing with customers at my August workshops.

I enjoyed my day with Brayden yesterday.

Manda & Brody came out for a bit.

Drake was with his dad at a dr appointment.

I got several of my errands done & all of my corn froze!!!

The guys went racing & Brayden was very excited to get to go with them to the pits.

Nathan got 2nd in his heat & did not finish in the main, due to his water pump going out.

BUMMER!

Today I have to finish cutting & getting ready for my big workshop that I have tomorrow.

Becky & Cheryl are co-hostesses.

I can't wait to share with them & their friends!

Wow- I had a fun night of stamping with a house full of ladies last night!

I'm so glad that everyone could join me!

I have TONS to do on list today.....hoping I get alot of it done.
First off my little man is coming to spend the day with G'ma!

I haven't seen Brayden since last Friday night- 

so am really looking forward to our time together today.

We have several errands to run.

AND then I have a bunch of corn to freeze- 

thanks to Katy & Aunt Kathy for getting the corn for us!

It sure will taste good this winter!

The guys (including Brayden) will be going to Columbus Junction racing tonight.

I wish Nathan & the 52 Wood Racing Team good luck!

I'm sure I'll still be freezing corn!

A 'Halloween Happiness' cute card!

Good morning!

Tonight I have my monthly Stampin' Night at our home.

This is one of the cards that everyone will be making.

This is one of my August workshop cards.

Yesterday I got all of my woodwork stained & varnished.

It turned out really pretty!

Now for me to patiently wait for Mckenzie to find time to get here to put it on.

I've used this fold a couple of other times with different cards lately.

It is always a fun one to do!

Fall is my favorite time of the year.....and I'm lovin' playing with the New Holiday Catalog products.

This week I added a "Halloween Treats" class to my calendar, as there are so many cool things I want to share in the Holiday Catalog & I wasn't sure how I going to find time to show it all if I didn't add this class.

Today I'll be staining woodwork, cleaning my stamp room, cutting card stock & getting ready for my Stampin' Night class that I have here tomorrow night.

Tonight Deke & I have our annual Farm Bureau meeting/supper.

We don't have races tonight due to the Knoxville Sprint Car Nationals being this week.

Gosh....it sure feels weird to know it is a Wednesday & we won't be racing in Osky.

'Gorgeous Grunge' & New Deco Labels framelits.....

Good morning!
Wow- Manda & I had a busy day yesterday!

We worked on making the things for her 2 bulletin boards for her classroom.

This is one of them.
It is the one by the door (when you walk into her room).
She wanted to do pennants on both of them & I talked her into doing  flag banners on this one.

So glad she listened to me....as I think it turned out super cute!

We used lots of glue dots & dimensionals too!

 

Do you see that I used the 'Gorgeous Grunge' on the background edge of each of the flag banners & around the 2" strips that I cut for the outside boarder of the bulletin board.

Here is her other bulletin board.

It is in the back corner by her desk.

She will put inspirations posters on it.

 

We used the same colors & the old retired Pendant Die.

 She bought a Basic Gray sheet & that is what we used as the background for the bulletin board to begin with.

She has her name above one of her chalkboards done in card stock & cut out with the big alphabet set.

We need to make her a new 'name set' for this so that it matches the other bright color combination that she has going on her on her 2 bulletin boards.

I'm a farmer today!

The weather has been so nice & cool lately & today it is suppose to be hot & muggy.

Darn.....that is hard on the hogs, so we'll just have to wet them down good & pray that they have a safe journey.

'Hello, Lovely' convention Make & Takes.....

I used some Bermuda Bay CS to them for the layering.

Congratulations to Nathan & the #52 team on his WIN at Bloomfield last night!

Woo Hoo! I LOVE the new FLIP THINLITS!!

Good morning!
This stamp set if a favorite of mine.....and it fits me to a "T"!
I am a huge hot (coffee, tea or hot chocolate) drinker.
When I saw this set I knew that I would get tons of use out of it!

And of course......those of you that know me know that I don't follow directions very well, so I cut it alittle differently & turned this card on its side to make it be different than it's original intent.

I think it is pretty cool!

A Convention Make & Take

Good morning!

I finally got my Make & Takes from convention made this week.

Here is my favorite one.

I will be spending my day/night stamping.....and praying that I have good Mojo!

I have a workshop tomorrow & only have one card created so far & nothing cut!

YIKES......

I have my ideas & stamp sets figured out, so hoping my Mojo is there & things just click.

What a busy week!
We had a fun day on the farm with just Brayden yesterday.
He is quite the little man.
He loves the farm & had so much fun with the baby piggies & helping us.
 
Last night we (Deke, Brayden & I) made a trip to Menards to get the trim needed to finish up in my laundry room, bathroom & kitchen.
The floor is down & looks nice.
I really like it.
It is the new vinyl plank.
BUT-
The rest of the repair work still needs to be done & as of yesterday we are having someone new finish it.
I was very unhappy with & am now done with the other guys that were suppose to be doing it.
So- whenever it rains our new guy will have time to come do it.
So whenever that is it is.
I am just wanting it done & done so that it looks nice.

Today I'm hoping to get to stamp some.
I have a workshop on Sunday & have to get my 6 cards for it created & cut.
I am praying that I have good mojo today!

I just love everything about it!

This was a stamp set that I wasn't sure I was going to get- but it is now on my wish list!

 WOW!

These colors are just striking together.

I will try to get a supply list typed up sometime soon so you know all of the supplies that she used to create this.

Late night racing again.

Nathan had bad luck & ended up 6th in the main.

Luckily nothing was torn up.

The guys will work late in the shop tonight getting the car ready to race at Columbus Junction tomorrow night.

I'm off to the farm again for the majority of the day.

Brayden will get to spend it helping us.

So we'll have lots of fun!

We will be getting in another big group of baby piggies!
