Today is a very busy day at convention.
Our General Session begins~ from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Then we have the Stampin' Up! Expo from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

I have my swap with my group of monthly stampers that I am in.

And we'll all head back to our hotel, change clothes & back to the convention center to attend our Annual Awards Night with a party thereafter!

COOL HUH!

Yesterday several of the girls I'm with either went to the zoo or shopping.

I stayed in our hotel room & assembled my many swaps that I needed to get finished.
They all helped me work on my swaps when they got back to our rooms.

Last night I hosted a shoe box swap with my downline & sidelines that were here.

It was alot of FUN!

We ordered in Pizza & stamped the night away visiting!

Today I was signed up to go on the Riverton Campus Tour, but can't go.....so all of my group will be going without me.  

We have a rehearsal for the convention class I'm in.

So I will be doing that this morning.

Then this afternoon I have my Go Diva's swap.

And  the doors open for General Session with convention officially starting~ 

from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Then there is an Opening Social from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m.

And I have a group meeting with my Stampin' Sisters from FB at 9:00 p.m.
And then back to our hotel to get a little sleep before we start another busy day again tomorrow.

I can't wait......so much to do!
So much to see!

So much to learn!!
So many friends from afar to see that I haven't seen for awhile!

I enjoyed my day yesterday as Manda & the twins were here most of the day so that she could help me.
I enjoyed Brayden being here too.
We've missed him while he was vacationing in Denver last week.
He was happy to get to play with & see the twins.
Brayden also stayed over night too.....and was so excited that G'ma got her spare bedroom cleaned out so that he could sleep in it verses the couch. 
I'm hoping he sleeps in a little so that I can get a few more things done- need to water my plants & pay farm bills, etc. before I leave too.
I'm sure gonna miss my family the next 6 days.....YIKES!
But I'm looking forward to spending that time with many of my dear Stampin' Up! friends!

Here is another Holiday Catalog Sneak Peek!

I love Halloween too.....so here is another sneak peek at a couple of awesome new stamp sets that will be available to purchase on August 1st!

NOTE:  I will post the whole photos of these sneak peeks next week when I am at convention....as some of these are for swaps that I'm in & I don't want to spoil the fun until after my swaps!

The clean up crew came & removed our flooring yesterday!!

Oh boy.....what a mess!

Now to get it all dried out with the huge dehumidifier & 2 big fans running all weekend.

Our new floor won't be installed now for 10 days or so (after I'm back home from convention).....
I'll be so happy when it is all done & our house is back to normal.

BUSY day today cutting supplies for all of those that will be joining me at my party tomorrow!

Faith & Paula are co-hosting!

I can't wait to see everyone & spend our afternoon stamping together.

Another WIN! #100 career one......

So glad we were there to celebrate Nathan's 100th career WIN tonight at Columbus Junction!!

Our family has spent MANY, MANY NIGHTS together racing over the years.

A Holiday Catalog sneak peek!

Good morning!

Fall is definitely my favorite time of the year.....and there are LOTS of cute new products in the upcoming Holiday Catalog that starts on 08/01.

It is another amazing catalog & I look forward to creating & sharing things from it with you.

So today I'm sharing a sneak peek at one of the cards I created using a new stamp set & new designer paper! 

I hope to find some more time soon to get to play with some more new things.

We had a fun time stamping last night at my monthly Stampin' Night at our home.
I'm so glad that everyone could join me.

We had a full house!

Papa Deke was so good at having fun & playing with the twins on the farm.

They were two tired little boys that didn't want to give up & go to sleep.

Hoping they sleep in a bit.

We have a busy morning getting ready for the guys to show up & start tearing up my ruined floor. 

I will be so happy when this is all done & over with!

I'll work on picking up from last nights class & cutting supplies for Sunday's class while they do that.

We are all off to Columbus Junction to race tonight.

Everyone that is except for Brayden, as he is at his Uncle Bryce's in Colorado visiting

- so we'll miss him.

Tonight is Stampin' Night at our home.

I have a full house joining me to stamp the night away.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone & sharing.

Cindy has graciously offered to bring treats- bless her.

Papa will be around tonight to help too, as the twins are also spending the night with us- so I'm sure they will be the entertainment for our stamp class tonight!

Convention practice went well last night.

I am excited about it all.

 I am just getting a little nervous & worried as I have tons to do before we leave next Tuesday morning & I am not sure how it is all going to get done.

Guess somehow it will all fall into place.

 

Nathan had bad luck racing last night & finished 9th in the main.

It was a late night of racing too.

The boys were all good & had fun though!

WOW......we had a late night on the farm last night.

It was after midnight when we got in.

Then had to shower, make supper & get ready for bed.

It was SO HOT!

It was just like you were in a sauna.

We wet the piggies down good on the trailer after they were loaded & I'm praying that they all made the ride ok......always worry about them when it is so hot & humid out.

Today I'll enjoy my day with the boys.

We have some errands I need to run in town.

And I'll be getting ready for our SKYPE convention rehearsal that I have tonight.

After it is over with I'll be off to the races to cheer on Nathan!

The rest of the family will go at the normal time & I'll get there as soon as I can.

BUSY day yesterday!

 A guy from Serv Pro was here yesterday to check out water damage & work on our plan.

They will be here bright & early on Friday to remove all of my kitchen flooring, my laundry flooring & my bathroom flooring.

They will do the clean up/dry up & then proceed with putting down the new floor next week.

So Deke & I made a quick trip last night to pick out the flooring so that they can get it ordered.

 I did get a couple of swaps created for convention.

Now to find time to create some more & start the process of cutting, stamping & assembling all of them.

I can't believe that we leave already next Tuesday!  

WOW!

The twins will be here today!

And I'm a farmer tonight.

Assume since it is suppose to be so hot today we will load late & pray that they all make it there safely on the truck with the heat.

Yesterdays class was great!!
Joyce was a wonderful hostess & we she had a lot of friends joining us.
It was a bitter sweet day- as it was our last class at the place we've been at for over 11 years.
Next month we'll be trying out a new place & praying that it works out good.

Today a guy from Service Pro is coming to try to clean the carpet & make sure there isn't moisture in the sheet rock.
I stopped at Menards last night on my way home & found the flooring I like- now to find time for Deke to go with me & get the right color picked out.
I won't have time to worry about this part of the clean up process until after I get home from convention.

Busy day today working on things for convention- 
Presentation & Power Point things, swaps & all!!!
I am finally home all day!!
And have LOTS to do!

A' Wild Flower Meadow' pull out card.

Good morning!

Here is a cute card that my downline Trish Banes made for our last downline meeting swap.

Trish is a very talented designer & I love the vintage style of this card.

(I will update this post sometime with a supply list.)

It was a late night at the races last night!

But- we were all happy that Nathan WON!

By far- Columbus Junction is my least favorite track to go to though.

I didn't get any stamping done yesterday as worked with our insurance adjuster & stuff on trying to get our floors taken care of.

We have a plan- now to find the time to get new flooring picked out & proceed with things.

We have Farm Bureau insurance & they have been great!

In our 30 years together- this is our first claim ever.....so I'm doing some that I don't know anything about & am asking lots of questions.

 I'm off to my stamp studio to create!

I have lots of stamping to do for my class I have tomorrow.

I'll be creating my card projects for my class that I have on Sunday.

AND the UPS man brought my new pre-order for Holiday Catalog products on Wednesday

& I haven't even had the time to open the box yet- so want to do that today too!

I need to create a couple of projects using some new products that I want

 to have added to our power point slides at convention.

So I'm hoping I have good mojo & get alot of stamping done.

We have our 30th Class Reunion tonight.

Good morning!

Here is the winter scrapbook page that we did at my class last Saturday.

I love the Silver Glimmer paper.
Aren't these snwoflakes are just beautiful, using last years snowflake die (retired) with it!

 I used Sahara Sand for the 12x12 pages along with Midnight Muse & Very Vanilla.

 I think that this page was many of the ladies favorite!

WOW!

Yesterday was a crappy day.

Lately everything is breaking & going wrong around our home.

Last week it was our central air conditioner & our vehicle.

Yesterday I went to get my hair cut & when I got home I discovered that our 
washing machine drain hose line broke & 20 gallon of water ended up 
all over our laminate floor.

The repair man was here right away & fixed my washing machine.

And I called our insurance guy.

Deke & I spent several hours cleaning up the water.

We have fans still blowing on the floor & hoping it will be ok.

I know deep down it isn't going to be.
It is going to have to be replaced.

We had a late night selling hogs.

Thankfully it was cool out and they sorted & loaded good.

Today I have the twins for awhile & I'm getting my spare room ready for 
my best friend from HS to come stay with us tonight.

She lives in Minnesota & is back for our class reunion we have tomorrow night.

I'm looking forward to seeing her & catching up!

She will be joining our family at the races tonight watching Nathan.

Gotta run!!

Another busy week here, so I'm just going to take one day at a time & hope I can get alot done.
We got my sister moved yesterday & enjoyed the time spent with family.

Today I have to finish getting things picked up & put away from my scrapbooking class.

Then we have another rehearsal for the convention presentation this afternoon.

And I have to figure out projects for my workshop I have this coming Sunday with my IC gals.
