Notice how I made the banner swag along the bottom using lots
of different sized circle punches.
*Note that some of the punches are used are now retired.
Here are the supplies & measurements in the order of the way they are layered onto the card base.

- Basic White-2 3/4 x 5 1/4"- emboss using the Swirls of Magic Embossing Folder
