Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Inked & Tiled' (words)

card stock:

• Pretty Peacock- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2" & fold in half for card base
  
• Pretty Peacock- 1/2 x 3"
  
• Copper Clay- 3 1/2 x 5 1/2"
  
• Basic White- 2 3/4" strip- stamp words onto & die cut
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
  

designer paper:  Fresh As A Daisy- 3 x 5 1/2"

ink:  Pretty Peacock
