I embossed it using the Dots & Spots Die!

How did I emboss using this Dots & Spots Die?

Here is the 'sandwich' that I used.

1.  Standard Platform

2. Clear Plate

3. Dots & Spots Die- with the cutting edge upward

4.  card stock

5.  2 of the Silicone Craft Mats on top of each other

6.  Clear Plate

7.  Run thru the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine

This is what the card looks like when opened up.

Notice how I cut a little off of the top flap, 

so that the DSP strip along the inside bottom shows!

Isn't it so pretty!

Just change the words & have a great card for almost any occasion!

 

Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Shaded Summer' (words)

card stock:

• Balmy Blue- 4 1/4 x 9 3/4"- score at 5 1/2"- fold for card base
  
• Balmy Blue- 4 x 4"- emboss Dots onto this
  
• Balmy Blue- 3 1/4 x 4 1/4"- punch corners with Very Best Trio Punch
  
• Granny Apple Green- 3 1/2 x 4 1/2"- punch corners with Very Best Trio Punch
  
• Basic White- 1 1/2" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with small oval from Double Oval Punch
  
• Basic White- 4 x 4"- for inside of card
