At my classes last weekend I was showing some "different" ways
to use the Aspen Tree Dies!
Today I'm sharing with you..........
Did you know you can fussy cut out the trees with scissors
& use them on a card like this!

Notice here how I die cut the trees & then fussy cut them out!
(I didn't use the 2 outer trees on the right side.)
You can use the dies & cut out all 5 of these tree rings all at one time!
Here are the supplies & measurements for my tree card.
stamp set: 'Ringed with Nature' (words)
card stock:
- Soft Suede- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2"- fold in half for card base
- Soft Suede- 3/4 x 4"
- Soft Suede- 2 1/2 x 5"- die cut part of the tree & fussy cut out of the oval
- Crumb Cake- 3 3/4 x 5"
- Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for front of card
- Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
- So Saffron- 1 1/2" strip- die cut circle
designer paper: Rings of Love-
- 1 1/2 x 5"- leaves/acorn print
- die cut tree ring from DSP
ink: Soft Suede
other:
Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Aspen Tree Dies; Layering Circle Dies; Rustic Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots; Silver-Threaded Twine; dimensionals; glue dots
