Breakfast Squares

If you are wanting a quick & yummy breakfast casserole for the holidays, 
here is the one I use.  
I made it last Sunday for our Wood Family Brunch & everyone loved it!

Breakfast Squares
1 (24oz) pkg. frozen hash browns-(I like OreIda the best!!)
1# browned sausage
6 oz. shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3 (beaten) eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 medium onion (finely chopped)

Put Potatoes in bottom of greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle on sausage & cheeses. Beat eggs & milk, salt & onion & pour over the meat and potatoes. Cover with foil & refrigerate for at least 3 hours or over night. Leave covered with the foil & bake at 350* for 1 hour. Let stand approx. 10 minutes before serving, cut into squares.
