Sunny Days Cascading Pleats fun fold card

I love the way it turned out!!

I also die cut the words out using the

#162607- Perennial Postage Dies= $33.00 Spring Mini- pg. 25

Isn't this cool how it lays flat & yet the card base angles.

I fussy cut out a flower from the dsp to add to this layer.

 

Here is the pattern on how I scored & cut the angle.

 

 Card base= 4 1/4 x 9 1/2"- score at 5 1/2", 6 1/2", 7 1/2", 8 1/2".  

Rotate & score at 3/4"- stopping at 3", then score at 1 1/2"- stopping at 1".

NOTE:  If you are going to make multiples of this card, be sure you 

SAVE the angled part that you cut off & you can use that as a pattern!

card stock:

• Pool Party- 4 1/4 x 9 1/2"- score at 5 1/2", 6 1/2", 7 1/2", 8 1/2".  Rotate & score at 3/4"- stopping at 3".  Score at 1 1/2"- stopping at 1".
• Pool Party- 2 3/4 x 3 1/2"- for front flap
• Pool Party- 3 1/2 x 4 1/2"- for center flap
• Pool Party- 1 1/4 x 2"- layer underneath 'hello' 
• Basic White- 1 1/4" strip- stamp front words (hello) & die cut
• Basic White- 2 1/2 x 3 1/4"- layer for front of card
• Basic White- 3 1/4 x 4 1/4"- layer for center of card
• Basic White- 1" strip- stamp center words (thinking of you) & die cut
• Basic White- 2 1/4" strip- stamp inside words (Enjoy your Day) & die cut
