Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Artfully Layered' stamp set

card stock:

• Just Jade- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4"- fold in half for card base
  
• Calypso Coral- 2 1/4 x 5 1/4"- cut in half so you have 2 pieces that are 1 1/8 x 5 1/4" each
  
• Calypso- 1 1/4 x 4"
  
• Basic White- 1 x 4"- stamp words onto
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
  

designer paper:  Artfully Composed DSP- 2 x 5"- cut in half so you have 2 pieces that are 1 x 5" each

inks: Just Jade

other:  Tailored Tag Punch; Wave Rhinestone Gems; Just Jade/Gold Ribbon; dimensionals; glue dots
