Oh how I do love all of the different patterned sheets in this Pressed Petals DSP!  Check out this gorgeous card!!  And it is a fun z fold card too!!!
So what do you think?
You can CLICK HERE to see another Z fold card that I did with this same layout!!
 How did I do it?

  • 6 x 5 1/4" DSP
  • Cut along the 6" side at 2 3/4" & 3 7/8".
  • This leaves you 3 DSP panels that are-
  1. 5 1/4" x 2 3 3/4"
  2. 5 1/4" x 1 1/8"
  3. 5 1/4" x 2 1/8"
  • You then adhere the first DSP panel to the front of card folded back edge.  IMPORTANT- Make sure you have your card base scored & folded back.  The whole DSP panel doesn't adhere down, just the left edge of it does.  The DSP panel will fit perfectly onto the card- just leaving a 1/4" edge on the card front & a 1/4" edge along the card base!
  • You then adhere the second DSP panel to the inside front side- along the center fold.
  • You then adhere the third DSP panel to the inside back side- along the center fold.
  • You then add a piece of card stock for your sentiment that is 5 1/4" x 1 3/4"
See how I used one piece of 5 1/4 x 6" of DSP & cut it into strips to use on this card.
 DSP strips are- 2 3/4", 1 1/8" & 2 1/8" when you get this piece all cut!
How did I make the Flower?
  • I punched out a 1" Circle from Very Vanilla Card stock.
  • I added 5 Washi Tape Flower Petals around the circle, so that the points of the flower centers, were in the middle of the circle.
  • I used the Embossing buddy to make the back side of the Washi Tape flower Petals, so that they were not sticky.
  • I added a Designer Element to the center of the flower.
  • I used a dimensional & popped it up onto the card front
