Country Club Suite- sneak peek!

Today I'm sharing a card using some NEW products- so you are getting another sneak peek!

This is a great guy card.....I made it for a swap I'm in with some other demonstrator friends.  I think it turned out cute!!  I love this new embossing folder!

Simple Saturday!!

Today is a quick & simple note card using a NEW Mini Catalog stamp set called-'Dressed to Impress'!  This set will be available to purchase on 1/3/2020.  It is soooo cute & there are just endless possibilities with it!

Did you notice how sparkly my shoe was?  I colored the shoe with some ink & a Wink of Stella!  Just look how I did it!

How did I color the shoe?

• I just used one of my Clear Blocks, pressed it into my ink pad & then picked the wet ink off of the Clear Block with my Wink of Stella. 

NOTES:  

• DO NOT pick the color up directly from your ink pad.  
• DO NOT reink the Clear Block into the ink pad....rinse the Clear Block first!  
• IMPORTANT- you do not want to get the sparkle from the Wink of Stella on your ink pad.

Check out this pretty new Whisper White Ribbon!  I stamped directly onto it with the cluster of dots stamp in this set!  Neat huh!  

You can do SO MUCH with this new ribbon!!  It ties so easy & is soft & very pliable.

To color it you can-

• stamp on it OR
• color it with your Stampin' Blends

I spent my day yesterday with Masen & Ainslee.  Then last night we went to watch Drake wrestle & took my mom with us.  He WON all 3 matches!  Woo hoo!  Check out his trophy!  He was pretty excited when they presented it to him. 

I have LOTS to get done this weekend!  As of now- I'm home alone!  This is the first weekend I have had off this whole month.

Timeless Tropical- sneak peek!

I am going to be a busy bee the next few days making swaps, using NEW Mini & Sale-a-bration products!  It is so much fun creating with new products!!!

I can honestly say that I am not sure which one of them is my favorite!

Wow- what a month this has been!!

I cut more calendars this year for classes than ever before.  

I hope all of the precipitants of them enjoy them throughout 2020!

Yesterday I had my 8th & final calendar class for this year!

Now I need to find time get my own calendars that I give as gifts all made.

And I need to find time to put up our Christmas tree, buy gifts & get ready for Christmas.

YIKES!

This month has just flown by!

And I still have LOTS to do!

Tonight our kids are all coming to our home for our family Christmas!

And we will get our annual visit from Santa!

Last night we went to the twins school program.  

It was really good!  

This morning Deke is off to chore & head to Ottumwa for another meeting.

I'm off to Manda's.  

I'll take the twins to school & spend my day with Trey & Ainslee. 

And then tonight we'll enjoy time with our kids & grandkids all here!

My July Calendar page!

Red, white & blue!  What else would you do for a July calendar page?  This is a totally Susie page!  And it might be one of my favorite July pages I've ever done over the past 15 years of making these calendars.

My August calendar page!

This is a clean & simple layout!  But I love it!  The lighthouse fit perfectly on this page- when I stamped it directly onto the calendar base.  It's monochromatic colors worked great!

I used the 'Sailing Home' stamp set- page 146 in the Annual catalog!  This stamp set has a whole suite that goes with it!  And it is definitely has multiple uses!

Stampin' Up! just announced that you can 

now purchase cutting plates again! 

• Clear Cutting plates- #150815= $11.00
• 3D Embossing Folder Plate- #149658= $10.00

The blue 3D Embossing Folder Plate was designed to use with our new embossing folders. You can use the embossing folders with the Clear Cutting Plates, but you will need to add an additional shim* to make the sandwich thicker, in order to get a good impression.  

*For a shim you could use a thin piece of cardboard.  But this 3D Embossing Folder Plate just makes it so much easier!
