A beautiful 'Snow Flurry' flip card!

Good morning!

Here is a beautiful snowflake slip card that I did at my some workshops last month.

I also did a coordinating box & a scrapbook page to go with them.

I will post those in the next couple of days.

 I will update this post later with a supply list.

It was almost midnight when we got in last night from selling/moving pigs.

Every muscle & bone in my body hurt today.

You can tell I'm out of shape from when I use to work out on the farm full time.

Deke has meetings all day today.

The boys & I have errands- recycle center, etc....and going to run up to my mom & aunts.

My mom has been sick, so need to go see her.

Tonight I'll be sorting several boxes of stamps that just arrived so that I can get them delivered!

Good morning!

Here is Manda's birthday card that I made for her.

I wanted a gift card holder......and played with lots of products & finally came up with this.

It looks like her!

I think it turned out cute.

And she liked it too!

 Check out the cute way that this folds!

A gift card (or cash) will fit into the inside little pocket.

I used the Envelope Punch Board to make the punched edge here creating the flap.

I enjoyed my boys yesterday.
They are growing up so fast!!

They are no longer babies- that is forsure.

Brody is just a hoot!

He just melts your heart.

He loves wearing our shoes- which is so cute.

And he pretends he is going to work- so needs his shoes on,

has his tea cup & brief case- just like Papa does.

Yesterday morning as I was getting Papa's tea cup, Brody was carrying his brief case across the room for him & the brief case is about as big as he is.... it was an "AWHHH so sweet" moment!

The guys worked in the shop last night, 
so Brayden was here after school & for supper too....so I enjoyed my evening with him.

I heard all about his day at school.

And his weekend with his cousins from Colorado that were here visiting.

He walked in the door starved & ate non stop.....so must be going through a growth spurt.

He ate tons for lunch when they were here on Sunday too.

Glad he likes G'ma's cooking!

Tonight I'm a farmer!

We are selling 2 loads of hogs- so it will be a late night.

Wow!

What a busy weekend we had.

Yesterday was a nice day spent at home with my family.

Everyone came here for Manda's BD lunch.

We had a family favorite meal-

Ham Balls, Scallope Potatoes, Baked Beans, Corn & Grapenut Muffin.

Then of course birthday cake.

Manda's favorite is yellow cake with chocolate frosting....so that is what I made for her.

I spent my afternoon/evening stamping.

I made a cute gift card holder card for Manda's birthday & several more similar to it for a swap that I need to have finished & in the mail tomorrow.

I'll post pictures later this week of these cards.....I need to get them downloaded first.

WE had a FUN time stamping yesterday at my Christmas card class.
Everyone went home with all of their cards completely done!
It was nice to get to sit & visit with everyone & help them.
Glad so many could join me.

Today I am home all day!
Gosh......can't remember the last time I had a day off.
It is going to be a busy one though.
Today is Manda's 27th birthday- so everyone is coming here for lunch to celebreate.
I can't believe that she is that old already.
She is my baby.
Where has time gone?
We are so proud of her though.
She is such a beautiful young woman outside & inside.
She is a wonderful wife, mother & teacher.
So thankful she lives so close by & we get to see her almost daily!

Ok.....gotta run.

It is one that we did at my Fall STYC.

It is a door card....I have the leaf square attached to one side of the door & the word tag attached to the other side of the door.

A quick fall card.......

Good morning!
Here is a quick fall card that we did at STYC.

I used some of the left over pieces from the Thankful Tablescape Simply Created Kit 
when creating this card.

This would make a nice guy card or even a Thanksgiving card.

I'm still cutting Christmas cards!

Wow- I have piles & piles.
And I am not sure I even see the end in sight yet.
But I have several customer friends that will be completing their Christmas cards that I've cut for them & the recipients will be thrilled when they receive them I'm sure!

Yesterday we had several visitors that stopped by for a few minutes to see the boys & me.

Aunt Kathy, Eloise Sieren, my sister Julie & nephew Luke.

Tonight I will be delivering stamps on my way to IC & back home. 

I think that Deke is going to ride along & we'll grab a quick bite for supper someplace.
(Unless his Uncle Joe comes to help him set up & start pumping the Lagoon- 
then he won't be going with me, but staying home to work.)

I'll be cutting Christmas cards every spare minute I have getting ready for my upcoming class on Saturday.

I got a card with pop up presents like this from a swap that I was in.

(I just can't remember who gave it to me though- I'm sorry!)

Deke & I both got our flu shots & last series of Hep A & B shots yesterday.

Plus we took Brody to see Dr. Mary.

I thought he had ear infection- but they looked good.

She thinks he is having acid reflex (like he had when he was an infant).

So she put him on meds for 3 months.

We'll know in less than a week if it is helping or not.

Pray that is what is wrong.......as he needs to sleep so everyone else can.

Poor little guy.

Brayden got to spend the night with us.

Papa had a meeting last night- so it was just us!

We made homemade pizza & he loved using my Pampered Chef roller.

It was like playing with playdough.  

And I am so thrilled that he knows so many Stampin' Up! products by name!
Gosh- he is only 5.

I know lots of people that don't know the names of some of our products.

It is so cute to hear him say them.

And to top it off- Papa notices he is using the correct names.

Love it that my guys know my Stampin' Up! lingo!

I am not ready for winter.

We had a dusting of snow yesterday.

It was cold & windy!

We sell 2 loads of hogs tonight.....and I not looking forward to being out in the cold all evening.

Gotta love being a farmer I guess- rain or shine, hot or cold!

He still isn't sleeping & eating very well.
