Notice the flecks in the sky?

I made them by flicking my Night of Navy Stampin' Blend. 

 

Notice how I shadow stamped the cluster of trees?

Just stamp them once, lift & stamp again without reinking your stamp.

For some added contrast I stamped the tree onto the DSP

& then die cut it.

Pocket Thoughts Cupcake Card

This is a fun card that could be used for many occasions.

Birthday, Graduation, Baby, Congratulations, etc....

How did I make the cupcake?

This technique is called- no line coloring!

*Stamp cupcake onto Basic White card stock using Basic Beige ink pad.

*Color the cupcake using Light Crumb Cake & Light Pretty In Pink Stampin' Blends.

*Stamp the swirl image over the top of the cupcake using Pretty in Pink ink pad.

*Add Wink of Stella over the top of it.

*Punch cupcake out using the 2" Circle Punch.

Simple Spotlight on Nature card

It is Simple Saturday!

 

This is a simple card using the 

#163579- Spotlight on Nature stamp set= $23.00 pg. 69.

 

Notice how I stamped the flowers/leaves using Basic Beige ink.

I then colored them using an Aqua Painter & ink pad.

This technique of coloring is called No Line stamping.

And the NEW Basic Beige ink is just perfect for doing this technique.

 

This is a card that I made in March when I was in Houston at the 

Stampin' Up! OnStage Event for demonstrators.

Here is a simple, yet cute card I made last night.

Blackberry Bliss is one of my favorite colors & I don't use it often enough.

I punched them directly out of the DSP.

and then I trimmed the other edge to be straight too.
