Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set: 'Keeping Tabs' (words)

card stock:

• Boho Blue- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base.  Emboss using Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder
  
• Boho Blue- 3 1/4 x 3 1/2"
  
• Mossy Meadow- 3 1/2 x 3 3/4"
  
• Mossy Meadow- 1 x 5 1/2"
  
• Basic White- 1" strip- stamp words onto & die cut using the Happy Little Things Banner die
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
  

designer paper:  Thoughtful Journey DSP

• 3 x 3"- cut into 1" strips (x3)
  

ink:  Mossy Meadow
