Pocket Thoughts Cupcake Card

This is a fun card that could be used for many occasions.

Birthday, Graduation, Baby, Congratulations, etc....

 

It is such a cute cupcake!

 

I used the 

#163547- Pocket Thoughts stamp set= $18.00 pg. 62

#163580- Spotlight on Nature Dies= $35.00 pg. 69

#163791- So Swirly Embossing Folder= $10.50 pg. 129 

#163342- Lily Pond Lane DSP= $12.50 pg. 45

How did I make the cupcake?

This technique is called- no line coloring!

*Stamp cupcake onto Basic White card stock using Basic Beige ink pad.

*Color the cupcake using Light Crumb Cake & Light Pretty In Pink Stampin' Blends.

*Stamp the swirl image over the top of the cupcake using Pretty in Pink ink pad.

*Add Wink of Stella over the top of it.

*Punch cupcake out using the 2" Circle Punch.

 

Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Pocket Thoughts' (cupcake & words)

card stock:

• Thick Basic White- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 2 3/4" & 5 1/2"- z fold for card base
  
• Crumb Cake-  4 x 5 1/4"- emboss with So Swirly Embossing Folder
  
• Crumb Cake- 2 1/2" strip- die cut circle
• Pretty In Pink- 3" strip- die cut circle
  
• Basic White- 2 1/2" strip- stamp cupcake in Basic Beige ink & color with Stampin' Blends
  
• Basic White- 5/8 x 1 1/2"- stamp words onto & flag end with Paper Snip Scissors
  
• Basic White- 3 3/4 x 5"- for inside of card
  

designer paper:  Lily Pond Lane DSP-

• 4 strips- 4 x 1/2"
  

inks:  Basic Beige; Pretty In Pink

Stampin' Blend:  Light Crumb Cake, Light Pretty In Pink

other:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Spotlight on Nature Dies; So Swirly Embossing Folder; Wink of Stella; Pretty In Pink Bordered Ribbon; 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems (Pretty In Pink); dimensionals; glue dots; Paper Snip Scissors
