Spooky Fun Ghost

Check out this CUTE little ghost!!
 
This little ghost is from the
This ghost is actually the end of the broom & I cut off the
very top point using my Paper Snip Scissors. 
 
This is one of the cards that everyone attending my
upcoming Halloween Treats class will be making.
 
Here is the pattern I used when cutting the DSP 
for this fun patchwork layout.
How did I do it? 
This is showing off both sides of one piece of DSP.
*DSP- 3 1/2 x 4 3/4"
*Cut in half lengthwise at 1 3/4"
*Cut off 1 3/4" off ends of both strips.
*Now FLIP 2 of the strips to show off the other side.
This is what the inside of the card looks like.
NOTE:  These bats are from a retired punch, as since I'm doing this card for 
an in person class- I will need several bats.
But there are some cute bats like these in the 
 
Here are the supplies & measurements.
card stock:
  • Basic Black- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2" & fold in half for card base
  • Basic Black- 5" strip- die cut Nested Essential Die
  • Basic Black- 1" strip- punch out bats
  • Basic White- 2" strip- die cut ghosts
  • Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- outside layer
  • Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside layer
  • Highland Heather-  5" strip- stamp words onto & die cut
  • 3 1/2 x 4 3/4"- cut like the pattern shown above!
ink:  Memento
Stampin' Blends:  Dark Basic Black (to color eyes of ghost)
other:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Nested Essential Dies; Potion & Spells Dies; Iridescent Faceted Gems; Iridescent 1/2" Striped Ribbon; Iridescent Pearls (color black with Stampin' Blend for ghost eyes); Mini Glue Dots; Black Dimensionals
