On the black one I did a fun embossed resist technique!

This is an old technique that has been around forever.

 

This card is one that everyone stamping with me at my March monthly classes will be making!  They can choose if they want a black base or just want to leave it white!

How did I do this?

NOTE:  This is messy, you might want to wear rubber gloves or use kleenex to hold down the DSP, so that you don't touch it & get ink all over!

• I drug/rubbed my Memento ink pad directly across the foiled DSP.

• I then took a kleenex & wiped over the top of the whole piece of DSP.  By doing this- it will remove the ink that is on the copper embossed part to make it shiny again!

• Basic Black- 5 1/2 x 6 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold for card base
  
• Evening Evergreen- 4 x 5 1/4"- emboss with embossing folder
  
• Evening Evergreen- 3/4 x 4 1/4"- stamp words onto & heat emboss
  
• Evening Evergreen- 1 1/2" strip- punch out leaf
  
• Copper Foil- 3 x 4"
  
• Copper Foil- 1" strip- punch out flower bud 
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
