Catching Butterflies- Side Step Easel card

This little girl makes me think of Spring!!

I just love how this card turned out.

 

I used the Sale-a-bration stamp set called 'Catching Butterflies'.

And check out the marble print DSP.

When this card is laying flat it is the exact measurements are a standard card

that measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" & fits into our Medium Envelopes.

 

How did I do it?

Notice how I added a strip of the Simply Marbelous DSP along the bottom edge.

And I added some of the floating butterflies too!

Isn't she just adorable!  

Notice the dots on her dress.

I made them with my Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker.

• Highland Heather- 5 1/2 x 8"- score at 3", 6" & 7"
  
• Highland Heather- 3 x 6"- score at 4 1/4"- add Tear & Tape along the top & bottom edges of this as shown in the photo above.
  
• Gorgeous Grape- 2" strip- die cut circle
  
• Gorgeous Grape- 2 3/4 x 4"
  
• Basic White- 1 1/2" strip- stamp words & die cut circle
  
• Basic White- 4 1/4" die cut with Scalloped Rectangle & then stamp girls/net/butterflies onto this & color with the Stampin' Blends.
  
• Basic White-  2 3/4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
