SNEAK PEEK Wintery Tree Tops

 Check out this CUTE wooden decor that I decorated!

It is a totally Susie project & I love the way it turned out. 

I added some dsp, a wreath & a bird to the wood.

 

When creating this I used some upcoming NEW products that you are 

going to want to add to your wish list!

I used the 'Wintery Tree Tops' Bundle.

These products are a SNEAK PEEK of an upcoming suite in the

Holiday Catalog that will be available starting September 1st!

How did I get this bundle so early?

I registered for an online Stampin' Up! event & all demonstrators

that were registered for this event could pre-order this suite early.

WOW HUH!

 

I bought these wooden houses at Dollar General & covered them using the dsp.

The house is wood & measures approx. 4 x 5 1/4".

This is how I made the wreath.

How did I do it?

*For the wreath I stamped the 2 sprigs like shown above 

in Memento ink onto Basic White card stock.

*I used a Blending Brush & added Old Olive Ink over them.

*I added color onto the leaves & berries using Stampin' Blends.

*I then did cut both of them.

So I just love this wooden decor!

 It is stunning when you see it in person.

Forever Forest

Wishing all of the dad's a "Happy Father's Day" today!

We have family camping at our farm this weekend & I thought these

trees were a perfect card to express how lovely our nature is.

Today is a bitter sweet day!  As it was 18 years ago my dad died on Father's Day!  And today is also his birthday (6/16).  Oh how much I miss him!

 

So this is a day that I don't particularly like celebrating, but we do- as we need to celebrate the special dads that are still in our life- Deke, Grandpa Axmear (my father-in-law); Nathan, Steve & many nephews.

Simple Saturday with Mediterranean Blooms

 It is "Simple Saturday"!

Check out these lemons.

They are from the

#163284- Mediterranean Blooms DSP= $12.50 pg. 35.

 

I fussy cut the lemons directly out of the DSP

using my Paper Snip Scissors.

This card is so bright & cheery!

 

Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Labeled with Love' (words)

card stock:

• Old Olive- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
  
• Lemon Lolly - 7/8 x 4"
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
  

designer paper:  Mediterranean Blooms DSP-

• 3 x 4"
• strip- die cut lemon/leaves/flowers out of DSP using Paper Snip Scissors
  

ink:  Old Olive

other:  Paper Snips; Iridescent 1/2" Striped Trim; Neutral Adhesive Backed Sequins (gold); dimensionals; glue dots
