A present gift card holder!

With the holidays coming up, I thought this would be a perfect card for my Holiday Extravaganza class this coming weekend.  It is a gift card holder.  I used the stamp set- 'Bring on the Presents' & the coordinating All the Presents Thinlits Dies, that are on page 16 in the Holiday Catalog. 

It has a belly band wrapped around it to help hold it shut.  I am very pleased with the way it turned out.  

Sometime within the next week I'll share some more gift card holders too that I made!  They are super cute too!!

It is just one super crazy week around our house!!  Last night I worked on the farm helping Deke sort hogs.  And thankfully Nathan & Steve helped us too.  I have been burning the midnight oil (plus some) for the last several days.....but I have some super cute projects for my upcoming Holiday Extravaganza & I'm looking forward to this fun annual class. 

Gotta run to town to get the boys & spend my day with the kids........I hope you have a WONDERFUL Wednesday!!

More Snowflake Showcase!

Here is a cute card I made using using some of the Snowflake Showcase products!  I just love snowflakes!  And this framelit has LOTS of neat ones in it.  

TIP:  I used my Precision Plate to cut the detailed snowflakes & my Big Shot Die Brush & they came out really good! 

I love this Buffalo Check background stamp too!!  It just works perfectly for almost any card you are making!  If you look closely at it here you'll notice that there are extra lines in the Buffalo Check.  I drew those lines in it using my Dark Bermuda Bay Stampin' Blend!

I think this card turned out really cute & remind me of the trendy farm house style that is so popular right now!

'Spirited Snowmen'

Now how stinkin' cute is this snowman!  Each snowman in this whole set is just adorable!!!  This one just looks so happy!!!  I love this card! 

This card is one that I made for my team retreat last month.  My inspiration for this card comes from a dear demonstrator friend Rhonda Morgan.  She made a pink card using this set & I came up with this one thanks to her inspiration.

card stock:  Thick Whisper White, Flirty Flamingo, Powder Pink, Basic Black
ink:  Black Memento, Flirty Flamingo
Stampin' Blends:  Light & Dark Flirty Flamingo, Dark Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie (for his nose)
other:  Big Shot, Magnetic Platform, Takeout Thinlits Dies (for the heart), Layering Circle Framelits, Basic Rhinestones, Powder Pink Mini Ruffled Ribbon, Paper Snips (to cut out the Snowman & flag the end of my banner), dimensionals, Glue Dots

Check out how I did the lines!  I used my Dark Basic Black Stampin' Blend & edge of some Thick White backing from my 12x12 Designer Paper packs.  I just inked the 'Buffalo Check' background stamp, using Flirty Flamingo ink, onto my Powder Pink card stock & then drew the lines!  It wasn't hard to do at all!  And look how cool the checkered look turned out.

'Peaceful Poinsettia'

What a gorgeous traditional Christmas card this is in Old Olive & Real Red!!  

This is a fun center fold door card that everyone at my October monthly classes made with me.

We decorated the inside of it too!  This is what it looks like when it is opened up. 

I sure am glad that we have Stampin' Blends to color with!  I love to color!  And I don't know how I ever colored before without them!  They are fast & easy to use.  You can shade with them or just color!  Either way they are pretty!

A fall 'Peaceful Noel'

 Check out the fall card I made using the 'Peaceful Noel' stamp set!!  This set sure doesn't have to be a Christmas card at all!

And I also used the awesome 'Buffalo Check' background stamp!!  It is just such a wow!!  It is so on trend & so cool!!  It can go with almost any style of card & for any occasion!  It is a must have!!  If you don't have it, be sure you add it to your wish list!

Are you wondering where did the pine cones come from?  They are in the 'Making Every Day Bright' stamp set.  And I used the coordinating Christmas Bulb Builder Punch to punch them out.  Now that is pretty cool huh!!

'Pleasant Phesant'

This is a cute fall card!!!  I used the 'Pleasant Pheasant' stamp set.  This wheel barrel is pretty cool!!

These colors are not my normal ones........but this Country Lane Designer Paper used the Mint Macaron, so I went with that.  

NOTE:  This Designer Paper has white pumpkins.  Yes- I know that there is such a thing, but I'm an orange pumpkin girl.  So I colored the pumpkins here with my Light Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blend!  It works perfect to color any image on your DSP this way!

Wow!!  What a weekend full of stamping!!  Yesterday was another fun day of stamping with everyone that joined me.  My Halloween class yesterday afternoon was just great!!!
