This is the card that I made Nathan for his birthday this week!

 

I used the Misty Moonlight DSP from the

#161641- Neutrals 6x6 (40) DSP= $12.50- pg. 133.

I cut the EXACT same pieces for both cards, but laid they out totally different!

Which one do you like better?

THIS- straight dots card?

THAT- the diagonal stripped card?

I really like both cards!

As Misty Moonlight is one of favorite colors! 

And how can you ever go wrong with Crumb Cake- it is a go to color for me!

It is amazing to me when looking at them that they are both made with the exact same pieces.

I like to be "different"- so the diagonal card layout is just that!

This is a fun star birthday card!!!

I made it for our son-in-law Steve's birthday (that is next week).

Today is our first day of school for this 2023-2024 year.

With the heat, school will be releasing at noon today.

I can't wait for the kids to get here so I can hear all about their first day of school!

Countryside Inn DSP Zig Zag card

Here is another zig zag card layout!

I think that it is a neat quilt like pattern!

 

I used the

#161467- Countryside Inn DSP= $12.50- pg. 129.

 

 How did I do it?

I cut 5 strips that are 1 x 2 1/2" each.

I folded each corner inward, alternating each corner

to make this zig zag fold.

I attached them onto a pieces of cards stock that measures 2 1/2 x 5 1/4".

This is a zig zag card using the

How did I do it?

This is a cute little red truck!

 

This is one of the cards that everyone stamping with me

Hey Chuck wobbly card

 

Ohh......this rooster just makes me smile!

Isn't he cute!

I attached the rooster to a mini action wobbly- so that it moves/wiggles when you touch it!

When creating this card I did a technique called 

Fractured card or Faux Shutter Technique.

And it was so easy!
