Graceful Deer

It is SIMPLE Saturday!!

Check out today's guy card!

I used the 

#162084- Graceful Deer stamp set= $25.00- pg. 27 HC. 

 This stamp set is all one piece.

So to get more use out of it- I carefully cut it apart,

so that I can use it in other ways.

 There are the 3 pieces I cut it into.

When I cut it I used my scissors & carefully cut apart on the backside

(looking at the rubber side so that I didn't mess up the images).

NOTE:

I am put these 3 all back together onto one big clear bock too

if I want to use them as one stamp set sometime. 

Thus I DID NOT cut any parts of the rubber away when

I cut them apart. 

 Notice how I just crinkled up the 1 x 4 1/4" strip of Early Espresso card stock?

I literally just wadded it up, smoothed it back out with a bone folder

& ruffed up the edges with my fingernail.

Today I have a fun spinner card to share with you!

 Now you will add dimensional edges on the backside, 

around the penny slider so that it has room to turn!

Autumn Leaves Bundle

 

Awhh..........I just love Fall & the gorgeous colors outside

this time of year!

So nature was my inspiration for today's card.

I needed to get a bunch of cards sent out this week & next.

So this is the gorgeous card I created!

Notice how I randomly stamped the 3 different leaf 

images, using 3 different colors of inks.

And then I splattered on my Wink of Stella too- over the leaves.

Fragrant Forest

Awhh........check out this guy card!!

I just LOVE this tree background stamp!

It is a NEW

#162108- Fragrant Forest stamp set= $20.00- pg. 27 HC!

 

This card is kind of cased (copied) from the catalog.

I loved how the sample in the catalog had the trees in 3 different shades of green.

SO......that I what I did when I made this card.

I made my card into my favorite z fold card though.

The bottom trees are Mossy Meadow ink.

The middle trees are Garden Green ink.

And the top trees are Old Olive ink. 

I applied the 3 different inks directly to the stamp set, 

using 3 different inked sponge daubers.

Delightful Florals Fun Fold

What a bright & cheery birthday card this is!

 

I used the gorgeous DSP that in an on line exclusive.

#162356- Delightful Floral DSP= $12.50

 

 The colors in this DSP are-

Berry Burst, Blackberry Bliss, Bubble Bath, Calypso Coral, Fresh Freesia, 

Lemon Lolly, Parakeet Party, Pool Party, Pretty Peacock

I made these birthday cards & mailed them out last week! 

Here is a pattern I made on how I cut the DSP.

I started with 3 different sheets of 3 3/4 x 5" DSP.

And I did a technique called- Stack, Cut & Shuffle

when I was cutting this DSP!

I took the 3 different DSP prints & cut them at the same time, 

using the different angles I have shown above in my pattern.

I then just shuffled them all 3 pieces of each sheets into 3 different piles.

Each card has the same patterns of DSP in it,

but they are all in different places!

Cool huh!

 This is a fun Z fold card- my favorite fold-

where I have the front of the card folded back.
