Sweetest Christmas DSP strip glass ornament

This is a pretty glass ornament that was one

of my Holiday Extravaganza projects!

 

I put DSP strips inside of the ornament and then added Ribbon, 

 a snowflake decal & Iridescent Rhinestone too!

The snowflake is die cut from the 

Celebrations Tag Dies- #159866= $39.00 page 67 Holiday Catalog

& some retired Red Decal sheets

How did I do it?

• 12- 4 x 1/4" curled strips of DSP
• I curled the DSP by rolling it around a pencil
• then I put them down inside the glass ornament
  

My customers are spoiled, as I do LOTS of the prep work ahead of time for them.

Soft Seedlings Baby Wipe Technique

 

Isn't this just gorgeous!!

This is a totally Susie card!

 It is one of the projects everyone joining me for my upcoming

Holiday Extravaganza event this weekend will be making.

 

I did the baby wipe technique when stamping the leaves.

How did I do it?

I folded a baby wipe in quarters & put inside a clear case.

Then add drops of ink refill onto it.

I used Old Olive, Crushed Curry & Cajun Craze.

Then press stamp into the baby wipe- using this as your ink pad.

Stamp leaves around edges of Basic White card stock.

You will have to re-ink your stamp each time you stamp to get the best leaf image.

NOTES:

I took this photo about 1/2 hour after I had put the ink refill drops onto the baby wipe. 

They have all ran together above.

BUT when you put them onto the baby wipe originally you'll have dots with spaces into between them.

You'll be able to make several cards out of just one baby wipe.

Since I'll be doing this at a class, I'll have to make NEW baby wipes several times.

As when the colors bleed too much it then starts to look muddy & the colors aren't as true & vibrant!

Notice how I added am embossed Vellum layer over the top of it!

I embossed the Vellum with the Leaf Fall 3D Embossing Folder.

I put Stampin' Seal PLUS on all 4 corners of the embossed Vellum to attach it to the stamped card stock.

Christmas Barn Bundle

Look how I added a velcro dot to the back of it so 

that if  someone wanted to make another scene, they could change it!

 

I bought this metal tin decor at Dollar Tree.

It is a 5 1/2" circle.

It has a twine loop at the top to be able to hang it up with.

If you look closely can you tell that I stamped the church scene

onto Vellum, put Clear Embossing Powder over it & heat set it.

I added some Snowfall Accents Puff Paint too! 

WOW!

This is what I stamped on the inside.

 For the Starry Sky background piece I just crinkled the card stock!

Yup- I wadded it up & then smoothed it back out some for added texture.

Santa's Delivery Bundle

Isn't this train just sooo cute!

 

We used the Santa's Delivery Bundle! 

I just love the way it turned out!

This is a train/boxes that I made a few weekends ago

when I got together & stamped with some demonstrator friends.

My friend Christy, brought the supplies for us to make this!

There is a LOT of COLORING & DIE CUTTING here.

But it turned out so cute- that it was worth it!

This is what the boxes/train look like from the back side.

You can add treats to them.

Mine have some little peppermint candies in them!

 

The boxes are 2".

Use a 5 x 5" Old Olive (x2) & Real Red CS-

score at 1 1/2" on all 4 sides

to make the 3 train boxes.

I used the Decorated Pine Dies with the Christmas Pinecone Dies

and added in a Textural Elements sprig too.

I colored the berries with my Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blend

Leaves of Holly Bundle

 WOW- I love the way this card turned out!

This is a totally Susie card!

I used the Boughs of Holly DSP. 

 

This might end up being one of my upcoming 

Annual Holiday Extravaganza class projects.

I embossed the Real Red card stock using the Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder.

Notice how I ripped & rolled a little of card stock

and added some Boughs of Holly (poinsettia)DSP behind it.

 Isn't this just stunning!

• Garden Green- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2" & fold in half for card base
