This is such an awesome embossing folder.  It actually debosses!!  

 

This 'Celebration Duo Embossing folder & this 'Happy Celebrations' stamp set coordinate.  They can be purchased separately or as a bundle!!  These 2 items will be carrying over into the new Annual Catalog in June- but they will not be available as a bundle at that time.

When I made this card I embossed the word HAPPY first & then stamped over the top of it.  Isn't it a cool look!

Yesterday I was up early to stamp!  I still had alot of things to get cut!  

About 1:00, Deke & I headed to Des Moines, to meet Nathan, Sarah & her parents there- for a 3D ultra sound to see our new little baby girl.  We all went to Red Lobster for our lunch/supper together, afterwards.  And then we headed home- making a quick stop in Osky at Walmart to get some food for today's class.  When we got home, Deke went out to chore & I started getting food ready.  He helped me finish up the food when he got in.  And I then burnt the midnight oil cutting card stock, getting everything packed up & doing the final touches for today's stamp class!!

I'm off this morning to finish setting up for my Annual Spring Fling event!!  I have several friends joining me today to spend our day together stamping!  I have several cards & a cute 12x12 sampler for everyone to make!  I can't wait!!!  It will be a fun day forsure!

I will be a stamping bee today!!  I'm up early this morning to stamp!!  Then this afternoon we are headed to Des Moines with Nathan, Sarah & her parents- for a 3D ultra sound to see our new little grand-daughter that will be arriving the end of June!  When we get home I'll be making all of the food for tomorrows big class & finishing up creating & cutting card stock for that class too!

'Happy Celebration' & Celebrations Embossing Folder

Ok- here is a fun card that I made last night for my upcoming Spring Fling!  I love the subtle colors of this card.  I think it turned out super cute! 

Check out the Mint Macaron Doily.  It is so neat!  It just adds that little extra color & embellishment.

Look at the words closely.  This embossing folder actually "debosses the words"!  It is super cool!
 
How did I do that?

1. I debossed the word- celebrate.
2. I light sponged Sahara Sand ink over the top of the debossed words.
3. I randomly stamped the 2 different sizes of circles- using Mint Macraon & Sahara Sand ink over the words & the front of the card.
4. I assembled my card as shown.  

I thought this would make a neat card for graduation, birthday, etc.  It could be a male or female card- either one.

I wasn't going to share much about new products yet, as only On Stage demonstrator attendees are the only 'lucky' ones that have been able to pre-order a select few of the new upcoming items.  

But......last week I made projects for my downline (team meeting) so that they could come create projects using some new things that I got.  And I honestly have been swamped & I haven't had time to create anything else for any of my blog posts.  So this is a card that I made for my team meeting!  I loved hearing their chatting about how they liked these colors & which ones were their favorites, etc.

Oh wow- check out this super cute card!  This was one of the ones that everyone who joined me at my April monthly classes got to make.   I just love it!  It is one of my favorites for many reasons!

Yesterday was a fun day with the boys.  We were outside for some in the morning & some in the afternoon too!  We are lovin' this nicer weather!  We even went to town in the afternoon, to Walkers & they got ice cream cones.....yummy!  (And messy too- Trey had chocolate everywhere- but it was cute & he loved it!)

When the boys went home last night I worked on stamping stuff!  And Deke worked late on the farm.

This morning Deke is off early to chore & he is headed to the office.  And then he has a meeting this afternoon.  I'm off this morning to go pick up the boys.  I'll take the twins to pre-school & then spend my day with Trey & Masen.  Tonight when the boys go home I'll be stamping again!!

OH my.....I do love this 'Special Reason' flower stamp set!  I am sad that it is retiring.  I have used it alot!  

 

This is a fun layout that I'm doing at an upcoming class.  I think it turned out super cute!

 I did the rock & roll technique here.  

How did I do that?  

• I inked the big flower stamp, using the Peek-a-boo Peach ink.  
• I stamped the flower onto my grid paper.
• I then rolled the edges of the flower stamp into Peek-a-boo Peach ink.
• I then stamped the flower onto the Whisper White card stock.
• I then added some Fine Tip Glue to the center of the flowers- be sure to let the glue dry for approx. 30 minutes or more.

Yesterday was a fun day with all of my boys.  We played outside for quite awhile.  The weather was pretty nice, but it was really windy.  When the boys went home last night I burnt the midnight oil stamping!  

Deke is home today to work on the farm all day.  Hopefully he gets the grower power washed!  We are just about ready for baby piggies!  They come next Tuesday & Thursday! 

  

I'm off this morning to go pick up my boys for the day.  Hopefully we can go outside again to play.  I think I just have the 3 Seeley boys today, as Masen's great-grandma is back here from Missouri, so I think she is going to keep him today.  When the boys go home tonight I'll be burning the midnight oil  stamping again!

I had a jam packed weekend FULL of LOTS of STAMPING!!  I enjoyed getting to see everyone & stamping with them.  I loved sharing with everyone!!  It was a truly great weekend!  We had a great time!

Rita & DaraLeah were great hostesses yesterday with yummy treats & they were wonderful helpers!  And BLESS Ruth for being my right hand helper!  She is a true blessing to me each month!

At my classes this past weekend, I took with me & shared some of the cool new projects I've been busy creating with my On Stage New Catalog pre-order things too!!  I think everyone seemed as excited about the new things as I am!  June 1st will be here before we know it!  AND we had lots of discussions too about our how some of our favorite products now are retiring & we are focused on getting them right now, before they are all gone! 

When I got home last night, I worked on oil entering orders & getting things ready to connect with my hostesses to close out our parties!

This morning Deke is up early to chore & head to the office for his weekly board meeting.  I'm off to go pick up my boys for the day & enjoy my time with them!!  I hope the weather is nice enough that we can play outside & get some fresh air!  Tonight when the boys go home I'll be working on stamping stuff!!  I have a few more projects to get created for my upcoming Spring Fling event.  And I have lots of card stock cutting to get done for it too!  And I need to finalize things with my hostesses!

Yesterday was a full day of stamping from early in the morning, until past midnight.

I enjoyed my day stamping & sharing with my customers in the morning.  And then I had my team meeting in the afternoon.  I had projects created for them to making using new annual catalog products that I could pre-order since I was an On Stage attendee.  I then burnt the midnight oil cutting card stock & packing everything up!

Yesterday was a fun day with my 2 little boys.  They are so sweet.  Trey is a little man & Masen is now talking up a storm.  When the boys went home I was on a mad rush to get everything set up & ready for everyone to come stamp with me!  I had a fun evening stamping with everyone that joined me.   When everyone was gone, I burnt the midnight oil cutting card stock.  

 

Wow- I will be stamping all weekend!!  I have another monthly class here at our home this morning.  Then this afternoon I have lots of my team members coming to stamp with me!  I'll be sharing with them the things I learned & did at On Stage in Minneapolis a couple of weekends ago.  They'll get to see new products!  And I've created several cards for them to make using some of the new products I got from my On Stage pre-order.  I can't wait to see & hear their excitement. 

Tonight I'll be getting everything cleaned up, packed up & ready to go stamping all day again tomorrow.  I'm in Hiawatha tomorrow for my 2 monthly stamp classes there.  Rita & DaraLeah are my hostesses this month!  We have a big group coming.  I am looking forward to our day together!

I have had a crazy busy week & a super busy weekend too!

Yesterday I enjoyed my day with the boys.  We played outside for a couple of hours.  It was a little chillier but almost perfect in my book!  I pulled weeds & worked in the yard, while the boys swag, played in the sand box & road their little gator.  Last night when the boys went home I burnt the midnight oil cutting card stock.

This morning we are up early at 5:00 to mark, sort & load pigs.  Hopefully the semi is on time, so I can be at Manda's to get the boys by 7:30 at the latest.  I'll take the twins to pre-school & spend my day with Trey & Masen.  

Tonight I have several coming to stamp with me at our home!!  I am looking forward to sharing & stamping with all of them!

Here is a quick post.....I'll try to add more later if I can.....busy week with boys, pigs & lots of stamping!!!

 

I TOTALLY LOVE this new stamp set!  This is one that is in the new upcoming catalog that goes live on June 1st to customers & demonstrators can pre-order some things beginning May 2nd.  

But as an On Stage attendee a few weeks ago, this was one of the 'All Attendee Gifts' that Stampin' Up! gave to everyone there.  I was thrilled!!!!!  And I couldn't wait to come home & make a card with it!  You all know that I love piggies! 

So what do you think?  Isn't he just adorable!!

This card is another one that everyone joining me this week for my April monthly classes will be making!  This is an awesome  2 step stamp set!  It is in the Occasions Catalog.  And it is one of the few sets that will be carrying over into the annual catalog!  Woo Hoo! 

 Isn't is beautiful!  It is just very realistic looking!  

I cut the front edge off & added a DSP strip to the bottom layer- for a different type fold & look!

See- when it is shut- you can't tell that the DSP strip is on the inside edge of the card.

And if you look closely you can tell that I tore a strip of Dapper Denim & attached to the front flap.  I just thought it was a neat added detail to the look & feel of the card.

I used the Moroccan Designer Paper.  Oh my gosh.....I LOVE IT!  And it is on the RETIRING LIST!

I stamped all day/all night yesterday!!  I have some cute projects created to share at my upcoming Iowa Inkers Team meeting & my upcoming Annual SPRING FLING stamp camp!

Deke worked late last night- but he is done working in the fields now until fall.  Our lagoons are all empty!  Yeah....now he can work on getting piggies moved & buildings washed- as we get new baby piggies in a couple of weeks.

This morning I'm off to go pick up all of my boys for the day!  Tonight when they go home I'll be a busy bee cutting card stock!!

Here is a great guy card!  Check it out!!  This is one of the cards that everyone joining me for my April monthly card classes get to make with me!  I think it turned out really cute- don't you?

It looks like when it is open.

Check out the cool look you get when you use the Hexagon Embossing folder on the Silver Foil sheets.   It really looks like metal!  I love it!

And check out the Urban Underground Embellishment!  The little screws have adhesive on the back of them & stick great!  They sure add alot to the looks of this card!  

There are several different words stamps I'll have with me at my classes, so that everyone can personalize their card for whatever occasion they are needing.  As I know several people don't have father's any more (as I don't either), but I still have a husband, a step dad, a father-in-law, a son & a son-in-law that I send Father's Day cards too.

I hope you had a wonderful Easter!!  We had a busy Easter day!!  I got up early yesterday morning to stamp!  As I'm working on projects for my upcoming team meeting & my upcoming Spring Fling event.  I'm lovin' getting to play with the new catalog products that I got to pre-order, since I was an On Stage attendee.  I can't wait to share lots of projects & new things with all of you in the coming month!!

Our Easter afternoon was spent seeing many of my family.  And then we had a cook out last night with our kids & grandkids, along with a fun Easter Egg hung, bon-fire & a movie!

I am home alone today & I'll be stamping all day & all night!!  I have lots of creating & cutting to get done!  Manda, Steve & their boys & Nathan, Sarah & their boys- are all going to an Iowa Cubs baseball game today since there isn't any school.  The boys are super excited about going!!  I can't wait to hear all the trip when I seen them tomorrow morning. 

Deke is off early to chore & head to the office for his weekly board meeting.  He is hoping that it is dry enough to get back in the field this afternoon & he'll work late tonight.

Wow!!  What a cool stamp set this is!  

This is a clean & simple card- but it it is really pretty.

stamp set: 'Easter Message'

card stock:  Chocolate Chip, Crumb Cake, Whisper White

ink:  Chocolate Chip

other:  Clear Wink of Stella Pen, Dimensionals

I don't know if you can tell that I stamped the palm leaf stamp along the edges of the card front- using Chocolate Chip ink onto the Chocolate Chip card stock.  

Check out the colored cross.  
How did I do it?

• I stamped it using the Chocolate Chip ink onto a piece of Whisper White card stock.  
• I took my Clear Wink of Stella Pen, picked up ink off of the top of my inside ink pad lid & lightly colored the cross.  

NOTE:  You have to color carefully, as the Chocolate Chip ink is not permanent & it will bleed/run more if you touch the ink.  I tried to blend it by lightly touching it.

This is how I colored the cross!

AND check out this cross.  It isn't colored in at all- just left plain.

Check out this card!  It was one of the make & takes we made at On Stage in Minneapolis last weekend!! 

I have to say that I LOVE this new stamp set!!  Check out the other new products here too- the coordinating punch, coordinating designer paper, ribbon & the new Faceted Gems! 

This is clean & simple card!  But it is super cute!!  I just so LOVE this new Daisy punch & the Gold Faceted Gem in the middle of it!

 Here is what one single daisy punched out looks like (with the Faceted Gem in the middle of it).

Here is what it looks like when you stamp & punch the daisy out 2 times & layer them.

Isn't it just stunning!!

I was a stamping fool yesterday!!!  The guys went racing in Columbus Junction.  Nathan won his heat, started 10th in main & finished 2nd.  

Today I am home again all day to stamp!!!  I am praying I have good mojo & get alot done!
