Measurements are:

Basic Black- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base

Smoky Slate-  3 1/4 x 4 1/4"

Basic White- 3/4 x 3 3/4"

So here is my take on this sketch!

 Here is my card!

It is clean & simple, but cute!

I used the Ice Cream Corner DSP.

 I used the Label Me Fancy Punch for the words.

Here are the Measurements:

Bermuda Bay- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"

Old Olive- 3 1/4 x 4 1/4"

Basic White-1 1/4" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with the Label Me Fancy Punch.

Bermuda Bay- 1/2 x 4"

Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for the inside of card

Ice Cream Corner DSP- 3 x 3"

Now check out how I stepped up this card!

 For the stepped up card I added an extra layer,

some embellishments, an ice cream cone & 

I made it into a cool shaker card!

How did I make the shaker?

I used a clear envelope, put the 3x3" DSP square into it, 

cut a little off of the top, folded it, added the Ice Cream Corner Sprinkles & sealed it up!

You can find the clear envelopes on page 153= #102619= $6.00 (package of 50)

Stampin' Up! Dandelions 3D Embossing Folder

 Check out this simple card!

OH MY GOSH!!

Now how cool is this? 

I love the way it turned out!

I used the Dandelions 3D Embossing Folder & embossed a piece 

of my Oh So Ombre DSP!

But how did I get the dandelions to be white?

It was soooo easy to do!

I just took a fingernail file & lightly rubbed over the 

embossed part of the dandelions! 

 Here is the Dandelion 3D Embossing folder,

along with my embossing done directly onto the Oh So Ombre DSP.

Now check out how I got the dandelions white!

 See how I used my fingernail file & lightly rubbed it over the dandelions.

I then took the Light Old Olive Stampin' Blend 

& went directly over the top of the embossed leaves 

& stems so that they would be green & pop!

NOTE:  Be sure you only rub the fingernail file onto the embossed dandelions, 

as if you rub it on the stems or any part of the dsp- it will rub the color off.

This is a fun z fold card, which means that I folded the front 1/2 of the card backwards.

 

It is quick & simple & I love the way it turned out!

It is a simple wow card & who wouldn't love getting this card!

UPDATE on the Strawberry Builder Punch!

The Strawberry Builder Punch-#154239- is a very popular product that is currently not orderable. Stampin' Up! is receiving some more inventory in the next few weeks, but we do not expect that inventory to last long. It will go into backorder and then not-orderable status again once it sells out. There is another shipment on it’s way, but we’ve just learned from our punch vendor that the arrival date for that shipment has moved back again—we are now expecting to receive it at the end of March or beginning of April.

Stampin' Up! Happy Thoughts Fun Fold

Wow- I love this card!

I combined the 'Happy Thoughts' stamp set here with the Flower & Field DSP.

Check out how I cut the DSP at a diagonal & layered it by 

flipping the 2 pieces on the sides over.

Yes- one side of this DSP has flowers on it & the other side has the leaves.

 The DSP measures 3 3/4 x 5".

And then I diagonal cut it like shown on the template.

 I made this into a fun z fold card.

This is what it looks like when it is opened up.

 This is a fun diagonal card & it turned out so pretty!

 

It is bright, cheery & fun!

Stampin' Up! True Love DSP

 It is Simple Saturday & here is today's quick card 

that I whipped up last night with some left over pieces laying on my stamping table.

I used the True Love DSP!

And I colored it using our NEW Blending Brushes!

The NEW Blending Brushes can be found in the Spring Mini Catalog on page 70.

#153611- set of 3 6' brushes for $12.00.

 

OH MY GOSH!

Yes- they are just heavenly to color with!

The Blending Brush is full of TONS of soft bristles that are super soft.

But their name fits them perfect!!!
All I can say is WOW!

I am totally impressed with them & can't wait 

to find more time to use them again soon.

 I just used my Bumblebee Ink Pad with the Blending Brush

& rubbed it into the center of the flowers to add a splash of color!

And when I was done I just rinsed out my Blending Brush under my kitchen faucet

& it came completely clean!

I pressed it into a towel to remove any access water & left it laying out over night to dry!

Woo hoo- it is all ready to use again with a different color.

Stampin' Up! Touch of Ink

I love black & white cards.

Here I added splash of Bumblebee to go with it!

This butterfly is from the 'Touch of Ink' stamp set!

This stamp set is a SAB choice that is FREE with a $100 product purchase.

Notice how the butterfly is lighter in the center & darker around the outside edge?

I did the "rock & roll" technique here.

HOW did I DO IT?

1. I stamped the outline image of the butterfly using my Memento ink pad.
2. I inked the inside image of the butterfly into my So Saffron ink pad.
   
3. Then I rolled the edges of this inside butterfly stamp into my Bumblebee ink pad.
4. This gives it a shadowing affect.
5. For some added sparkle you could put some Wink of Stella over the top of it too!
   

  I love this fun fold!

It is a center fold panel card.

These words are from the 'Heal Your Heart' stamp set-

I used sympathy words for this card.

 Blue is one of my favorite colors!

Oh my gosh....this is a such a fun embossing folder that goes with everything!

There is a natural shading of the leaves & berries.

That is because this stamp set is a dis'ink'tive stamp- which means 

that the shading is already done for you when the stamp is made. 

 

This is a 2 step stamp, so you stamp the outline images & then stamp the inside images.

Stampin' Up! Oh Snap Valentine

 Try this sketch!!!

The basic measurements for this are:

Basic Black- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2" for card base

Basic Black- 1/2 x 2 1/2"- for words

Basic White- 3 1/2 x 3 3/4"

So this is my version of today's sketch!

It is the basic look, but check out how I changed it.

 

I made it into a fun fold Valentine's card!

 I used the cute 'Oh Snap' stamp set!

Isn't this crocodile just adorable!

They are from the Playful Alphabet Dies.

And I popped them up using the Foam Adhesive Sheets.

 

I LOVE this plaid DSP called Berry Delightful- that comes

 This is a fun fold!!!  

This is what it looks like opened up!

NOTE:  I will add a piece of Basic White card stock

on the inside of it -3 1/4 x 3 1/4", but forgot before I took the photos.

The heart is from the Kiss Punch on page 14 in the Spring Mini.

 

How did I get the plaid crocodile?

• I stamped the crocodile onto the plaid DSP, using Memento ink.
• And then cut him out with my scissors.  
• Using my Stamparatus- I stamped the crocodile again onto a piece of 3 3/4 x 3 1/2" Basic White cardstock.
• I colored the points on the crocodiles back with the Garden Green Stampin' Write Marker.
• I then glued the cut out plaid (body) onto the stamped crocodile.
• I added the small Matte Black Dots for his eyes.

• Garden Green- 4 1/4 x 5 1/2"- for card base
  
• Garden Green- 4x 11"- score at 2, 3 3/4", 7 1/4" & 9"
• Basic Black- 3 3/4 x 3 3/4"
• Basic White- 3 1/2 x 3 1/2"- for the outside of the card to stamp the crocodile onto it
  
• Basic White-  3 1/4 x 3 3/4"- for the inside of the card
• Real Red- 3/4" strip- punch out heart
• Real Red- 1" strip- add adhesive foam to this & then die cut out the letters- HELLO
  

designer paper:  Berry Delightful DSP- 1 x 4"; 1 x 4"- adhere to the edges of the 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" card base
