This is actually the card I made for Amanda for her birthday a few months ago.

I  just love the way it turned out!

It is a totally Susie card.

 

I also created this card as a swap with some other demo friend in November.

And I totally forgot about posting it.

I've had this card sitting on my shelf in our kitchen & many of you

I maximized my DSP by cutting my 6x6" DSP into 4- 3x3" squares.

I then cut each 3" square into 1x3" strips & layered them onto card stock.

Take to the Sky tag birthday card!

 

Oh.....here is a NEAT guy card!

WOW- I cut it out directly from the DSP!

That is just so cool!

 

I used the

#163436- Take to the Sky DSP= $12.50 pg. 37 ON SALE NOW= $10.62

The DSP in the upper left hand of this photo is the

piece that has the tag on it that I cut out & used for this card!

I poked a hole in the tag using the

#144107- Take Your Pick Tool= $12.00 

and then put the jute through it.

Notice the front of the card?

I embossed it using the #154317- Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder= $10.00.

This embossing folder is an Online Exclusive item but you can order 

it at class too.  It just isn't shown in any printed publications.

For the words- I stamped them onto a 1/2" strip of Basic White card stock

& then flagged the left end using my Paper Snip Scissors.

 

I just think that this turned out so cute don't you?

Simple Saturday with Take to the Sky DSP

Today is SIMPLE Saturday! 

Here is a fun card with 2 World Globes on it.

This fun DSP pattern is from the

Caring Leaves SNEAK PEEK!

This is another totally Susie card & I love the way it turned out!

How did I do it?

*I stamped them directly onto 2 different DSP sheets using Early Espresso ink.

*I then fussy cut them out using Paper Snip Scissors.

*And then put dimensionals onto the back of them & added them to the card front.

So I ended up with 4- 1 1/4 x 1 1/4" squares that I used at the focal point of the card.

 

And then I die cut 2 pieces from the 

#163729- Round We Go Dies= $30.00 pg. 63

*the circle starburst in the center of the DSP squares.

*the pointed scalloped edge underneath the words.

 

I added some NEW sparkly star gems too!
