Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Terrific Toadstool'

card stock:

• Granny Apple Green- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
• Granny Apple Green- 2 1/2 x 3 1/4"
• Basic White- 2 1/4 x 3"- stamp grass onto bottom & add punched out toadstools
• Basic White- 1 1/4" strip- stamp toadstool tops onto & punch out
  
• Basic White- 2" strip- stamp toadstool stems onto & punch out small one.  You will have to fussy cut out the larger stem using Paper Snip Scissors.
• Basic White-  1/2" strip- stamp words onto & fussy cut around using Paper Snip Scissors
