stamp set:  'Cheerful Daisies' (words)

card stock:

• Azure Afternoon- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2" & fold in half for the card base
  
• Azure Afternoon- 1/4 x 3 1/2"
  
• Copper Clay- 4 x 5 1/4"
  
• Basic White- 5/8 x 3"- stamp words onto & diagonal cut the ends with scissors
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
