Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Cheerful Daisies'

card stock:

• Moody Mauve- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
  
• Bubble Bath- 1 x 6"- attach diagonally & cut off edges so that they are flush with the card base
  
• Bubble Bath-  1" strip die cut center of daisy
  
• Wild Wheat- 1" strip- die cut leaves & layer them together
  
• Basic White- 1 3/4" strip- stamp words onto strip & die cut with label image
  
• Basic White- 2 3/4" strip- die cut daisy
  
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
