I used this leaf die to embossing with!

card stock:
- Thick Basic White- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4" & fold in half for card base
- Old Olive- 3 3/4 x 5"- emboss with Silicone Craft Sheets & Gorgeous Garden (leaf) die
- Old Olive- 2 3/4" strip- punch out scalloped square
- Bubble Bath- 2" strip- die cut stitched circle
- Bubble Bath- 1/2 x 2 3/4"
- Basic White- 2 1/4 x 4 1/4" (x2)- layer behind DSP rectangles
- Basic White- 1 1/2" strip- stamp words onto & die cut stitched circle
- Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
designer paper: Delightfully Eclectic DSP-
- 2 x 4"- flowers
- 2 x 4"- stripes
ink: Old Olive

Susie! I love this card... but what did you use the Silicone craft sheets for??
ReplyDeleteSo that the die wouldn't cut thru the card stock. I used the die to only get an embossed You can click on the link below to see another card I made this way & check out the 'sandwich' I used to do it!

How did I emboss using a Die?
Here is the 'sandwich' that I used.
1. Standard Platform
2. Clear Plate
3. Die- with the cutting edge facing upward
4. card stock
5. 2 of the Silicone Craft Mats on top of each other
6. Clear Plate
7. Run thru the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine
8. You now have embossed instead of cutting!
