Tulip Fun Fold

 

This is an super cute fun fold card using the 'Timeless Tulips' stamp set 

& coordinating Tulip Builder Punch!

 Look at how pretty this is!

 This is what it looks like as you are opening it up!

This is a fun z fold.  See how it looks when opened up.

Check out the 3D tulip!

How did I do it?

 

 1.  Stamp 3 tulips onto the Simply Marbelous DSP, using Polished Pink ink pad. 

2.  Punch out the tulips using the Tulip Builder Punch.

3.  Fold all 3 tulips in half like this.

4.  Adhere the 3 tulips together by laying them on top of each other like this.

5.  Open up the tulips to look like this & adhere them to a solid Polished Pink 

cardstock piece punched out with the Tulip Builder Punch.

6.  The tulip will look like this when all stuck together.

 

Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp sets:  'Timeless Tulip' & 'Flowering Rain Boots' (inside words)

card stock:

• Polished Pink- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4"- die cut the scalloped circle out of the center top part & then emboss the card front using the Gingham Embossing Folder 
•  Basic White- 2 3/4" strip- die cut circle to layer tulip onto
• Basic White- 1 1/2" strip- die cut "thanks" 
• Pear Pizzazz- 2" strip- stamp leaves onto & punch out with Tulip Builder Punch
• Pear Pizzazz- 1 1/2" strip- die cut "thanks"
• Basic White- 5 1/4 x 8 '- score at 4" & 6"- fold & adhere to inside of card as shown.  NOTE:  Be sure that your z fold is on the right hand side when adhered to the inside of the card, as you'll adhere the circle onto this.

• 2" strip- stamp tulips onto & punch out with Tulip Builder Punch
• 1 3/4 x 5"- adhere to the z fold on the inside of the card as shown in the photos above

other:  Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine; Amazing Thanks Dies; Layering Circle Dies; Gingham Embossing Folder; Simply Scored Scoring Tool; Polished Pink Ribbon; Adhesive Strips (put onto card stock & then die cut the 'thanks' words; dimensionals; glue dots

Rainbow & Happiness

Here is a fun fold rainbow/cloud card.

I just love the way it turned out!

This is a totally Susie card.

 

I used the Sunshine & Rainbows DSP that is a Sale-a-bration choice 

& FREE with a $50 product order thru 2/28/22.

 

NOTE:  This Supple Shimmer (Light Pool Party) color was hard to 

photograph & didn't get the true color.  

It is a light Pool Party color & just gorgeous in person.

On this one I added a little bow using the NEW Denim Ribbon.

A triple flap fun fold using Driving By

 

This is such a fun card!

 I used the 'Driving By' stamp set that is a Sale-a-bration choice.

You can get this stamp set for FREE with a $50 product order, thru 2/28/22.

Card base= 5 1/2 x 10 1/2"

score at 4 1/4", 5 1/4" & 6 1/4"

Check it out as the card is opened up!

Adhere the Happy tab at the top & the Birthday tab at the bottom

on the front side of this center fold, using Tear & Tape.

Look at the 3 flaps.

Now who wouldn't like a birthday card like this one! 

The 3rd tab is attached to the back side of the flap & put in the middle of 

the other two tabs, using Tear & Tape.

SO FUN!

Look at it as it is standing up.

Notice the 'w' fold that the inside flaps are attached to.

Hope these photos help you in seeing how the flaps are attached to the card base.

The HAPPY & BIRTHDAY words are attached to the front flap at the top & bottom.

The greetings words are attached to the back flap, in the center.

 I think that anyone- young, old, male, female- would like this card!

Catching Butterflies- Side Step Easel card

This little girl makes me think of Spring!!

I just love how this card turned out.

 

I used the Sale-a-bration stamp set called 'Catching Butterflies'.

And check out the marble print DSP.

It is an side-step easel fun fold.

Cool huh!

When this card is laying flat it is the exact measurements are a standard card

that measures 4 1/4 x 5 1/2" & fits into our Medium Envelopes.

 

How did I do it? 

Here is the pattern.

Notice how I added a strip of the Simply Marbelous DSP along the bottom edge.

And I added some of the floating butterflies too!

Isn't she just adorable!

I made them with my Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker.

Gumball Greetings Bundle

OH.......this is so CUTE!

I used the Gumball Greetings Bundle!

 

Check out my adorable gumball machine fun fold card! 

 I used the pastel striped DSP from the Pattern Party 12x12 DSP

that is on page 171 as a hostess rewards choice.

 

Look how the gumballs sparkle- I added some Wink of Stella to them!

 

This is what it looks like opened up.

Notice how I stamped the words over on the left side,

so that they wouldn't show thru when the front flap is down.

Look how I only adhered this bottom flap down with Tear & Tape on the outside edges.

Doing it this way created a pocket!

A little gift like a gift card, cash, small candy- will fit down in it.

Special Moments with Daffodil Afternoon

WOW!!

I love it when you can make such a pretty card with the DSP being the main focus!

This is such a pretty spring card that could be used for any occasion! 

Notice how I layered the words using the Tailored Tag Punch.

You can see below with my Basic Black sample of this. 

 

How did I do it?

Look how I layered the words........

1.  I stamped them onto a 2" strip of Very Vanilla card stock & punch it out

using the Tailored Tag Punch.

2.  I then used Basic Black card stock & punch out 2 Tailored Tag pieces.

 

3.  NOTICE how I cut them using my scissors.

One of them I cut in half vertically.

And one of them I cut in half horizontally.

 

4.  I then layered them behind the words.

 This is what it looks like from the back side when all layered together. 

*NOTE that I did snip off a little bit of the Basic Black card stock 

from each end of the Tailored Tag Punch once I got it layered together.

This way there are even edges all the way around the layered words as shown above.

• Mossy Meadow- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2"& fold in half for card base
