I used the-

Heartfelt Hexagon Punch & a 1 1/4 x 1 1/2" piece of card stock.

 

I slide the piece of CS down into the top side of the punch like shown in the photo above.

Here are the supplies & measurements.

• Boho Blue-  4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2"& emboss front using Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder
• Boho Blue- 1 1/4 x 1 3/4"- make banner
• Pebbled Path- 2 1/4 x 5 1/2"
• Pebbled Path- 1 1/4 x 1 3/4"- make banner
• Copper Clay - 1 1/4 x 1 3/4"- make banner
• Wild Wheat-  1 1/4 x 1 3/4"- make banner
• Moody Mauve- 1 1/4 x 1 3/4"- make banner
  
• Basic White- 2 x 5 1/2"
• Basic White-  4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
