Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Heart Shaped'- (Bundle) FREE Sale-a-bration choice with a $120 product order & includes the coordinating dies too as a bundle!

card stock:

• Melon Mambo- 4 1/4 x 8 1/2"- score at 5 1/2", fold for card base
  
• Melon Mambo- 3 1/4 x 6 1/2"- score at 3 1/4"- fold in half & adhere onto card base
  
• Melon Mambo- 2 1/2" strip- punch out with Keeping Tabs  Punch, fold in half & use as tab
• Melon Mambo- 1" strip- die cut 3 flowers
  
• Pretty Peacock- 3 3/4 x 5"
  
• Pretty Peacock- 3 x 3"
• Pretty Peacock 2 3/4" strip- add Adhesive Sheets to back of card stock & then die cut wreath
  
• Basic White- 3" strip- die cut stitched square
  
• Basic White- 3 x 3"- for inside of card
