Here are the supplies & measurements.

stamp set:  'Wisteria Wishes'

card stock:

• Parakeet Party- 4 1/4 x 11"- score at 5 1/2"- fold in half for card base
• Parakeet Party- 2 x 2 3/4" strip- stamp leaves/branch onto & die cut
  
• Orchid Oasis- 1 x 5 1/2"
  
• Orchid Oasis- 2 1/2 x 1 1/2"- die cut scalloped edge
  
• Orchid Oasis- 3 1/4 x 3 1/4"
  
• Orchid Oasis- 1 1/2" strip- punch out scalloped oval
  
• Orchid Oasis- 2 3/4" strip- stamp wisteria & die cut out
  
• Basic White- 1 1/2" strip- stamp words & punch out
  
• Basic White- 3 x 3 1/2"- stamp leaves/branch onto (I put the die cuts over this, but hung the wisteria from the hanging vine part
• Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
