Here are the supplies & measurements-

stamp sets:  'Happiness Abounds' & 'Cup of Tea'

card stock:

• Gorgeous Grape, Fresh Freesia, Coastal Cabana or Starry Sky- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 2 1/8" & 4 1/4"- fold into a z for card base
• Mossy Meadow, Granny Apple Green or Bermuda Bay- 4 x 5 1/4"
• Basic White- 3 3/4 x 5"- die cut along left edge with die
• Basic White- 2" strip- stamp cup onto & die cut out 
• Mossy Meadow, Granny Apple Green or Bermuda Bay- 1/2 x 4 1/4"
• Gorgeous Grape, Fresh Freesia, Coastal Cabana or Starry Sky- 3/4 x 4 1/4"- die cut notched edge along bottom edge of this
• Basic White- 1 1/4" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with Double Oval Punch
• Basic White- 3 3/4 x 5"- for inside of card
