This is a totally Susie card.
I used the 'Kite Delight' stamp set.
You'll never guess where this Balmy Blue DSP came from.
It is from the You're A Peach DSP on page 134 in the Annual Catalog.
This DSP is retiring soon!!
Notice how I stamped the words on a strip on the photo above.

As maybe you want to use these words instead.
I stamped these words onto a 1 1/4" strip of Basic White card stock
& then punched them out using the Everyday Label Punch.
Here are the supplies & measurements.
stamp set: 'Kite Delight'
card stock:
- Pacific Point-5 1/2 x 8 1/2"- score at 4 1/4"- fold in half for card base
- Pacific Point- 4" strip die cut scalloped circle
- Pacific Point- 1/2 x 4"- flag ends with scissors
- Balmy Blue- 4 x 5 1/4"- emboss with Splatters Embossing folder
- Granny Apple Green- 2" strip- stamp kite & fussy cut out
- Basic White- 3 1/2" strip- die cut circle
- Basic White- 3/4" strip- stamp words onto OR
- Basic White- 1 1/4" strip- stamp words onto & punch out with Everyday Label Punch
- Basic White- 4 x 5 1/4"- for inside of card
designer paper: You're A Peach DSP-
- 2" strip- punch out cloud
- 2 x 5 1/4"
